Market moving insight and analysis. Join Jim Cramer, David Faber and me, Carl Quintanilla, on the opening bell hour of CNBC Squawk on the Street. Good Wednesday morning. Welcome to Squawk on the Street. I'm Carl Quintanilla with Jim Cramer at Post 9 of the New York Stock Exchange. David Faber has the morning off. Coming off the best day of July for the S&P and the Qs, but volatility is the constant with the chips down around 3% to 6%.
Yields flirting with their highs of the year, 10 year 464 Brent hits 95 for the first time since June 11 as the US hits Iran for the 11th consecutive night. Retail gasoline is now 406 a gallon. That's where our roadmap begins. Those oil price headwinds, the Secretary of State says Iran is, quote, not serious about talks. Big techs on deck, what to expect tonight from Alphabet, IBM, Tesla, all reporting after the bell. And we are honored to ring the bell this morning at the Big Board. We're celebrating our 30 plus year partnership with the NYSE.
Got some sizzle reels, Jim, around the building this morning, which kind of brings back some memories.

**Jim Cramer** (2:02)
Yes, and we have great partnership. And it's the kind of thing that if people remember, it was the first time that this democracy, you realize what was really going on down here. I want to thank them for having us.

**Carl Quintanilla** (2:12)
Yeah, we can't wait to chat as we get closer to the podium. Let's begin, though, with the markets. Squawk on the Street is gearing up for Alphabet's quarterly results tonight after the close. Jim, Tesla is going to be an interesting one. We're going to get Now, we're going to get CSX, Love.

**Jim Cramer** (2:26)
Yeah, I mean, look, I think that tonight is one of those nights where there'll be stocks that are just loved that are down, like Tesla, stocks that are maybe not loved that are down, like ServiceNow, because this whole enterprise software, it just doesn't... The narrative, no matter what seems to be said, it doesn't matter, but I predict a big upside surprise service now. I think they're going to do what's... I think they're going to say, listen, we've been taking a lot of business.
But you know what? I was talking about SK. I got up really early in this. SK Hijinks is just...

**Carl Quintanilla** (2:56)
Is that their name now?

**Jim Cramer** (2:57)
Yeah, SK Hijinks, because I saw it was down big and I said, okay, we're gonna have a down day.
We have been hijacked. There's no doubt about it. Ever since they came over, it's very, very hard if they're down 7% for us to rally, even as there's good news for, say, an AMD, good news potential for Intel, if they're not selling that Ohio plant, maybe Lyft, Bhutan is something up to sleeve. So I just say, I just cannot believe oil hits 95, Hijinks is down, and it translates into a down day for us. It's a shame that there isn't more to it.

**Carl Quintanilla** (3:31)
Yeah, I mean, you did say last night that some of the upside margin surprise at SMCI, for example, should be good news, and that is up this week.

**Jim Cramer** (3:39)
Yes, and I just continue to believe that NVIDIA is a good stock to own. I know that people could say, well, wait a second, Super Micro, maybe they're making all the money, but that's great news for NVIDIA, unless we have a situation where that's at the expense of Dell, and I just don't think that can happen. Michael Dell, HPE, they're both doing really well. I think this is, again, a sign that NVIDIA is going to do too terrifically, but, you know.
