Watch What Crappens Well, hello and welcome to Watch What Crappens.

Ronnie Karam (0:24)

This is part two of a two-part recap. If you're like, hey, wait a minute, I didn't hear part one. Guys, it's because we put out a lot of recaps. Go back and listen to part one, okay? It's before this one.

Bye, enjoy the show.

Ben Mandelker (0:39)

So then we go back to the Bronwyns group, and they're now settling in around some snacks, and they're all still wearing their hats, which is...

They're sort of, they're not big hats, but they're like, they're not fancy hats. They're all like a look, but Brittany's still in her big flower hat, which is funny, her home alone, her... What's her face? What was the name of the actress? She just died. Not Brenda Blathin. Brenda Fricker, yeah. She's in her Brenda Fricker hat.

And they're all gossiping, and Bronwyn's like, this was fun today. You know, last night was such a bummer, you guys. I'm not going to lie to you.

SPEAKER_4 (1:18)

You know, I don't know.

Ben Mandelker (1:19)

I didn't realize until we were at dinner, I was like, you know, I kind of would love it if someone had been like, you know, divorcement for Bronwyn. If, you know, I made this trip, if someone wanted to make a toast to me. So, you know, congrats to Bronwyn for dating a hot guy, for suffering through years of Werther's originals from Todd. Now she has a model. Like someone could have said that. So, you know, if someone wants to do that tonight, you could do that.

Ronnie Karam (1:40)

Great.

Heather's like, but I didn't know, cause there were moments where you said, I'm going through a horribly painful divorce. And I mean, it's confusing, but Bronwyn, share with us. Shaker your pain, Bronwyn.

Ben Mandelker (1:53)

Well, mm-hmm. Well, I was talking to Whitney about this, and it's messy because it's not done. And so, you know, like, we still, we, you know, he came into town last week to sign the house closing at Capitol Grill.

SPEAKER_4 (2:04)

Yeah, mm-hmm, at Capitol Grill, yeah.

Ben Mandelker (2:06)

And Heather's like, oh yeah. So what was that like when he signed the papers? Was there a salad in proximity?

Ronnie Karam (2:14)

Well, it was awkward.

Ben Mandelker (2:15)

It was a little bit awkward.

Ronnie Karam (2:16)

Okay, Brittany here. Can I ask more details?

Because I'm really into real estate. You know, that's my thing. And I'm just curious because you guys owned the house together, correct or not correct. And please know that I will be on MLS by you answer.

Ben Mandelker (2:33)

Well, we own everything together, but everything we own is in a trust. A Bob trust.

Ronnie Karam (2:39)

Okay, so then you both had to sign the paperwork at Capitol Grill at the moment you were at Capitol Grill, you were signing paperwork.

Ben Mandelker (2:48)

Bronwyn's like giving Brittany a look because Bronwyn knows that Brittany's trying to set up a case, but Bronwyn doesn't really know what the case is yet because there is no case. So she's like, mm-hmm, we both had to sign the paperwork at Capitol Grill. And when we sold this house, we just split it 50-50, like the way we split our garlic bread, Capitol Grill, mm-hmm.

Ronnie Karam (3:09)

I think Bronwyn does know that this is coming because she started the whole, oh, and then he just came in town last week to sign the paperwork. This is such an odd thing to bring up. I think Heather was like, Britney is telling us that she saw you at the Capitol Grill with Todd, pretending to sign paperwork or something. Because it seems like she's like, oh, you're going to come for me with a case? Well, here's my case.

We did have paperwork together because we're a married couple. Okay, everything's in a trust, so you both had to sign the paperwork? We both had to sign the paperwork. When we sold this house, we just split it 50-50.

Okay, did you talk about the money separation and who's paying who and what now? None of your fucking business, I don't even like you. How's that for an answer? Heather goes, take off your Lenny Kravitz coat, that's my friends.

Ben Mandelker (4:00)

Yeah, American woman. Heather's like, Britney, we're being friends and we're not doing investigations, which is a lie, but that's Heather's way of saying, you're not being chill about this, you got to be a little bit more slick to get your information. Bronwyn's like, Britney, I am getting money individually as we sell each property, and I'll let you know the sale price as we do them. If and when we agree on a cash settlement, I will also send you a picture of the cashier's check, and then you'll know all the details you need to know.
