Watch What Crappens Well, hello and welcome to Watch What Crappens.

**Ronnie Karam** (0:24)
This is part two of a two-part recap.

**Ben Mandelker** (0:28)
If you're like, hey, wait a minute, I didn't hear part one. Guys, it's because we put out a lot of recaps. Go back and listen to part one, okay? It's before this one. Bye, enjoy the show.
So let's go to Benny and Mary's.

**Ronnie Karam** (0:42)
Oh yes, here we go. This is what I live for. Heather and her mother, Carol, arrive, and then Shannon joins, and Carol is great, because first of all, Carol is sharp as a tack.
And another thing we didn't talk about was Shannon's dad.

**Ben Mandelker** (1:01)
She's sharp like what, too?

**Ronnie Karam** (1:03)
Stabs, little tack stabs.

**Ronnie Karam** (1:06)
Yes.

**Ben Mandelker** (1:07)
She's like, oh, Heather, well, thanks for bringing me to yet another restaurant in this wretched county that doesn't have purse stools.

**Ronnie Karam** (1:12)
She's like, mother, I told you, we're still working to catch up.

**Ronnie Karam** (1:17)
They never stop with each other.

**Ben Mandelker** (1:19)
Wow, I like stairs.

**Ronnie Karam** (1:21)
You do not like stairs, mother. Why are you pretending you like these stairs? You hate stairs.

**Ben Mandelker** (1:25)
I never said I hate stairs.

**Ronnie Karam** (1:26)
You always said you hate stairs. Why is my mother such a liar? Compulsive.

**Ronnie Karam** (1:32)
So, Carol, Shannon comes and Carol's like, oh, you look wonderful. You're getting younger.

**Ben Mandelker** (1:37)
You're like Benjamin Button.

**Ben Mandelker** (1:39)
Oh, oh, yeah, well, thank you for that. I unfortunately am not allowed to wear buttons on my clothing because they contain heavy metals that could be toxic to my skin.

**Ben Mandelker** (1:52)
Sorry, I think you misunderstood me. I meant Benjamin Button at the beginning of the movie.

**Ronnie Karam** (1:57)
Oh, wow.

**Ben Mandelker** (1:59)
That's great. Thank you, Carol. By the way, I have that exact outfit. I wear it to the pool.

**Ronnie Karam** (2:09)
Didn't you feel like Carol's outfit?

**Ben Mandelker** (2:10)
I was like, this is the quintessential older rich woman outfit.

**Ronnie Karam** (2:16)
It's just like...

**Ronnie Karam** (2:19)
To me, I was like, this is Westchester lost outfit.

**Ben Mandelker** (2:22)
With jewels kind of be duelled to the collar.

**Ronnie Karam** (2:27)
I do think that Shannon has that outfit.

**Ben Mandelker** (2:29)
And they all showed up wearing black.

**Ronnie Karam** (2:31)
It was such a funny scene to me. Everything about this scene was gold.

**Ronnie Karam** (2:37)
I mean, Carol is...
She is definitely Heather's mother. To me, I was like, oh my god, this is where I grew up. I literally... They talk about Chappaqua. Chappaqua was just down the highway from me. It was like a few stops down.

**Ben Mandelker** (2:50)
It was where my favorite sushi restaurant was. That's where I would go.

**Ronnie Karam** (2:53)
And so I see Carol and I'm like transported to these ladies of Westchester of my childhood. It's just like the ladies of Westchester, the ladies of my synagogue. It's all mixed in together. They went to the synagogue that was like... There was a synagogue that was... There's like two synagogues in town. And I went to one, they went to the other one. You know, so it's just like...
So I'm just like...

**Ronnie Karam** (3:17)
Synagogue ladies.

**Ronnie Karam** (3:19)
Rivals? Because I went to some bar about mitzvahs there. But to me, it's just like... It's just so...
You know, it's like how you have these moments of recognition when you see certain people from your neck of the woods when you grew up. It's like, this is totally, totally what I grew up around. And it's so funny to me. And so Shannon, Shannon sits down. She has that chronic, phlegmy cough.

**Ronnie Karam** (3:43)
So she's like, oh, and you just see Carol's face.

**Ben Mandelker** (3:46)
Ugh, ugh, ugh.

**Ben Mandelker** (3:48)
This, they let sit at the table? Carol does a full hand to her chest, like, oh, oh. And I thought she was gonna be mortified by the cough, as you know, you would be.

**Ronnie Karam** (3:58)
Or, you know, I would be.

**Ben Mandelker** (4:00)
But she's like, Shannon goes, oh, I wanted to tell you, you know, my mom, she gets these coughing janks too. So she has a remedy. Okay, mom, go ahead.

**Ronnie Karam** (4:10)
That was your cue.

**Ronnie Karam** (4:11)
Mother, mother, stop up my cue.

**Ronnie Karam** (4:15)
She's like, oh, I've got it.

**Ben Mandelker** (4:17)
The remedy is tequila. Oh, well, if tequila cured things, I'd be a ham, but thank you, Carol.
