Hello, and welcome to Watch What Crappens, a podcast about all that crap on Bravo we just love to talk about. I'm Ben Mandelker. Joining me here on the Old Farm is Mr. Ronnie Karam. How are you, Ronnie?
**Ronnie Karam** (0:32)
Good. What's going on with you?
**Ben Mandelker** (0:35)
Not much.
We are midweek. And just a reminder, come join us on Patreon, patreon.com/watch what crapens, where you can access our bonus episode, which is a trailer trash of the new Rony trailer, and also ad-free listening newsletter, all sorts of great stuff, video. So come join us over there. Today we are discussing the McBee Family Dynasty, where the tallow drama continues to consume the brain trust known as the McBee Sons. Yeah.
**Ronnie Karam** (1:09)
Brain trust.
Wow. That tallow, it's very-
**Ben Mandelker** (1:14)
Tallow.
**Ronnie Karam** (1:14)
Very, very controversial business. Tallow.
**Ben Mandelker** (1:19)
It's hot, hot business. Y'all, we all love the tallow drama.
And as noted on the House of the Dragon recap, is that tallow made an appearance even there in Westeros because there's a tallow shortage. And-
**Ronnie Karam** (1:35)
Yeah, one of the poor people was like, we need more tallow for the candles. There's no tallow for the torches. Where's the tallow? And Rayneira, the queen, was like, you are the most pessimistic person when it comes to tallow. And I'm sorry that Kacie has everything in her home fridge. She needs help. And this is why we should all vote to get my girlfriend a five minutes, 20% of this company.
**Ben Mandelker** (2:02)
Yeah. So, we are catching up with this family. They are still in their RV. They just dropped off dad and they just dropped him off in prison and they're going through the streets.
**SPEAKER_3** (2:13)
And Steve Jr. is like, guys, don't worry, there'll be better days ahead.
Days of waking up at 4 a.m. and journaling. Days of coming up with memberships in the afternoon. Days of journaling at night also. Days of sending our kids out to the private school of their choice, of our choice, I should say. God damn it, who would have put that idea in my head? The kids would get a choice. Anyway, better days ahead. And this is the final step. Don't you worry.
**Ronnie Karam** (2:37)
And Christy, the mom, was just zoned out kind of robot-eyed mom, was just like, don't worry, now the countdown begins. What's that mean?
It's the countdown of waiting for daddy to get out, right?
**Ben Mandelker** (2:51)
Yeah, it's for daddy to come out, but like, why do you care? Why do you care, Christy?
**Ronnie Karam** (2:57)
Christy's crying and stuff.
She's really upset over Steve Sr. lately. I mean, she really forgave. Talk about forgiving her relationship. Good God, Christy really did. So she asked the boys how they're feeling, and Cole's like, well, it feels weird because I feel like we talked about this all last year like we've prepared for it and like anything in our business is. But now that it's happened, it's like we talked about dad going to jail, and then dad went to jail.
**SPEAKER_4** (3:26)
It's crazy.
**Ben Mandelker** (3:29)
He's a real cause and effect kind of guy.
So yeah, he's all sad. He's like, I won't be able to see my daddy for two years. I'm like, there are people who won't see their daddy for 30 years, so let's relax. I think Christy-
**Ronnie Karam** (3:45)
Well, it's just weird because whenever we're going through something tough or something sad, or we're just looking for the perfectly-sized, blonde woman to send our future kid to membership school with, we call daddy. That's what we call. Now we can't call daddy.
Let's just collect. I think that only works reverse. Do you call Prisms collect?
**SPEAKER_3** (4:03)
I don't even know how to call daddy. We definitely need some sort of voice of reason and some advice.
**Ben Mandelker** (4:10)
Christy's like, well, I'm here to help any way I can, assuming that the advice you need is how big of an ice latte you can order from a coffee shop. The answer is very big.
**Ronnie Karam** (4:22)
She got a huge one today. I'm sure you noticed it. But I was thinking of you.
I thought this is like a shout out to Ben. They even did a close up. She was talking and then the camera panned down and give a nice full close up to that.
**Ben Mandelker** (4:34)
They really, it was huge.
It was like a log. It was as big as her.
**Ronnie Karam** (4:41)
Yeah. Put some corn straw on the top of her head and it would have looked like Christy with the spray tan.
