Market insight and analysis. You're listening to the opening bell of CNBC's Squawk on the Street.

Carl Quintanilla (1:08)

Good Wednesday morning. Welcome to Squawk on the Street. I'm Carl Quintanilla with Jim Cramer, David Faber at Post 9 of the New York Stock Exchange.

S&P NASDAQ now positive for the year. Pre-market continues to build on this historic bounce. Presidents in Doha, ways and means, approves a budget markup after an all-nighter. We'll get more FedSpeak today. Our roadmap begins with stocks back in the green. S&P goes positive again for the year.

David Faber (1:29)

MegaCap Tech is fueling some of those gains. Nvidia, for example, above a $3 trillion market cap again. By the way, ahead of Apple, Microsoft, though, Apple is still number one on the back of of course, a big AI chip deal in Saudi Arabia. Plus Robinhood's rival eToro set to make its public debut today. It's pricing an IPO, $52 a share. It is above the expected range. Of course, it did try to come public through a SPAC back in the heavy days of SPAC.

Carl Quintanilla (1:57)

Let's begin with the markets in the S&P, rebounding into positive territory for 2025 between the IPO's Jim and some of the upgrades today of the asset managers. I mean, can capital markets come back this quick?

Jim Cramer (2:09)

Well, let me see. I've got, I think, the secret of today.

David Faber (2:13)

You brought gifts?

Jim Cramer (2:16)

You're going to get a Trojan horse partner. This is today. You know what this is?

David Faber (2:21)

It's ketchup.

Jim Cramer (2:22)

It's a ketchup day. I don't like ketchup days. Why don't I like them? Because I come in, nothing's happened in video. We always know it. You can say the Bank of America piece describes it. But Nvidia is up for it. Palantir, of course, has to be up too. Great job, Sarah.

But let me just show you that when you get this. Okay, so here, this is Supermicro. Okay, here's Nvidia. This is Advanced Micro. This is Palantir. Palantir gets two, right? Because Palantir is Palantir. That's all I can say.

David Faber (2:52)

You're going to pick those up? You're going to pick those up? You're going to make somebody else pick those up?

Jim Cramer (2:56)

I'm going to get up and pick them up. I'm gonna stop in the shirt of your Vance micro. It doesn't matter, I come up with this great idea. I mean, it's genuine shtick, and my partner has to put me down. You do.

David Faber (3:06)

I'm sorry, I'm sorry, it was good.

Jim Cramer (3:08)

Just like in the documentary, when you say he gets some right, he gets some wrong, and then I keep seeing that he was gonna say he gets more right than wrong.

David Faber (3:16)

I said you were a wonderful human being.

Jim Cramer (3:17)

I know, what was wrong with that? They like this shtick.

David Faber (3:21)

All right, back to catch up.

Jim Cramer (3:21)

You think they had this in the previous show?

David Faber (3:23)

No, I don't.

Jim Cramer (3:24)

That's right.

David Faber (3:24)

I don't. Take that, Squawk.

Jim Cramer (3:27)

You are exact. Get the mundo.

David Faber (3:29)

We can throw ketchup at anybody.

Jim Cramer (3:30)

Yes. How about Waymo? You like that?

David Faber (3:32)

Do I like Waymo?

Jim Cramer (3:33)
