What is going on, guys? Welcome to Fuel Your Drive. I am your host, Josh York. We are back.

Guys, it has been crazy the last three weeks. I have literally been nonstop traveling. It was crazy when I worked out this morning.

I actually said to myself, wow, this is the first time I'm working out on a Thursday in three weeks at my normal place I work out at. It's been a little crazy, and that's what's going to, that's what we're going to talk about today. But before we do, as you know, please like, share, subscribe, tell a friend. We want to keep growing the show. Appreciate all the love. It's been absolutely incredible. The show continues to grow, and we're not stopping till we're going to be the best in the world, and that's going to happen. You mark my words on it. But let's get into it. People always ask me, Josh, what are things you don't like? Seems like you're always positive about everything, which I always am positive, but here's the one thing I do not like. I do not like to travel. It throws my schedule off. I'm very into my routine, and it's just not something I'm a big fan of. And literally going back to back, I was in Dallas, Texas for two days, came back for a day, went to Naples, Florida for our recharge, which is our annual convention, came back for a day and a half, left again, went back to Florida, but the east coast of Florida for a conference. Now I'm back for a couple of weeks, and I have some other trips coming up too, but that was very intense. And usually this time of the year, end of August into the month of September, travels always crazy. But I want to be clear about something. You have to be willing and understand you have to do things you don't like to do. And it's not that I don't like traveling, I do like to travel, I just don't like getting thrown off my schedule.

It's nice to see other places, especially weather-wise, Florida was incredible, even Texas, nice weather. And it's joyable. But when I'm on business and throws my schedule off, I'm not a fan of it, just not a fan of it. And I want to touch about people, touching this because people like to talk about and say, oh, it's so hard for me to keep my routine when I travel. Listen, I think I spoke about this a long time ago briefly, but I want to get a little bit more into it. You have to be prepared. When I travel, I am always prepared. I really, yeah, my routine changes a little bit because obviously I'm not in my surroundings, but the basics are the same. I still make sure I'm drinking my water. I make sure I bring my protein shakes. I make sure I take my supplements. Everything that I need to do, I do. I have a couple blueberries every day. I'm very disciplined. Everything stays the same. I just make sure I have it at the hotel. I make sure I have a refrigerator in my room so I can store that. I make sure I have everything delivered there, so I'm prepared and I'm ready to go. And you need to do the same. Now, people might say, oh, well, you can't eat healthy when you travel. You can eat healthy. There's always healthy options. And I got to tell you, I've been thoroughly impressed even in airports. I don't really eat in airports, but there's been a lot of healthier options out there, which is great, especially when you're traveling.

That's an incredible thing because at the end of the day, you want to stay healthy and you want to stay on track.

And the only way you do it is by keeping that discipline. And it's really what it comes down to. But anyway, I want to sidetrack here for one second. So we had our annual convention, which was absolutely incredible. And one thing I touched on, which also ties into discipline, which I'm kind of sharing in regards to routines and all that.

And I made a comment during my keynote speech this year, and I said, the most successful franchise owners are the ones who are engaged.

Now, that's across the board for any business owner, anyone who's successful. If you are fully engaged, you are going to be successful. Now, I know some things happen where some people cannot make the convention, and others were able not to come for whatever reason. It's not great when you do that. And I'm open and honest about it, because if you want to be successful, you have to show up, you got to be present, you got to be engaged. And when I think about our franchise system and every single top owner who was in the room, who was there, they're all top owners for a reason, because they're there, they're fully engaged, and that goes for you too. So they have the discipline to show up, just like I was just talking about the discipline to keep the consistency when you're traveling or you're going away. And if you want to have success, whether it's in business or with your physique, your personal relationships, you have to have that same level of discipline across the board. So you got to be engaged, be engaged with your routine, be engaged with your team members, be engaged with everything you can to make you better. That's the purpose of what I'm trying to send the message for today's episode. Short and sweet, got to go. I got a lot going on here, but guys, remember, like, share, subscribe, tell a friend. Until next time, remember to Fuel Your Drive. See ya.
