Hi, this is Rachel McElroy.

**Griffin McElroy** (0:18)
Hello, this is Griffin McElroy.

**Rachel McElroy** (0:20)
And this is Wonderful.

**Griffin McElroy** (0:20)
Welcome to Wonderful, it's a podcast where we talk about things we like that's good that we are into. You've joined us for another episode of Wonderful, and this one is going to be normal.

**Rachel McElroy** (0:34)
No, probably not. I don't know what a normal episode would be, actually.

**Griffin McElroy** (0:38)
I'll tell you what I miss.
The days were like every week there was a Jimothy, or like a, you know what I mean? Like it felt like it used to be that like every week there was a Jimothy or a Pizza Rat or a Chewbacca Mom or a, it's really just like two nouns. You smoosh them together and it's like, we love that and it's, and then we can use that for this podcast specifically to be like, you guys heard about this one? That was Jay Leno.

**Rachel McElroy** (1:09)
Nobody knows who Jay Leno is anymore.

**Griffin McElroy** (1:11)
That's probably true.

**SPEAKER_3** (1:13)
It's probably true, right?

**Griffin McElroy** (1:14)
More people probably know him for his automotive collection than his television career.

**Rachel McElroy** (1:22)
Gosh, that reminds me, when I was a kid, I had a calendar that was like famous cat enthusiasts. And every week, it was a new celebrity with their cat or talking about cats. Or maybe it was just a picture of the cat. I don't know. Either way, Jay Leno was one of the months.

**Griffin McElroy** (1:40)
That's incredible, babe.

**SPEAKER_4** (1:42)
I remember that.

**Griffin McElroy** (1:43)
I want to really explore that because I feel like people listening to this show, like, we're pretty open and vulnerable here. And I feel like people know a lot about us. I don't know that I've ever done anything as vulnerable as what you just did in saying that you had a calendar as a child depicting not cats, but celebrity cat enthusiasts.

**Rachel McElroy** (2:07)
Just celebrities with their cats.
Or maybe just the cat. No, I think it was the celebrity with their cat.

**Griffin McElroy** (2:14)
So you had one of Jay. Do you remember what month he was?

**Rachel McElroy** (2:17)
No.

**Griffin McElroy** (2:17)
But did he have a shirt on?

**Rachel McElroy** (2:19)
Yes. As I recall, he was wearing denim, but maybe I've just created that image in my head.

**Griffin McElroy** (2:24)
He strikes me as a denim wearing guy.

**Rachel McElroy** (2:26)
I mean, he does wear a lot of denim.

**Griffin McElroy** (2:27)
He does wear a lot of denim.

**Rachel McElroy** (2:29)
Yeah, I mean, no, I don't feel like that was particularly vulnerable. I feel like that says more about my parents than it does about me, because I was not making the calendar decisions at that age, you know?

**Griffin McElroy** (2:38)
No, but you were changing in response to the stimuli of your environment. Do you know what I mean?

**Rachel McElroy** (2:43)
We were big cat people, and I would think I still am a big cat person.

**Griffin McElroy** (2:47)
Travis had his Xena Warrior Princess calendar, and one April Fool's Day, I took it out of his room, and I hung it up where our family calendar goes, which I think is a pretty... I was like maybe eight or nine, a pretty cerebral prank.
That does sound pretty funny, because it's not mean necessarily, as much as it is kind of like, I don't know, taking this one sort of facet of Travis' interests, and making it core to the sort of family...

**Rachel McElroy** (3:20)
And you recognizing there was something funny about Travis having that calendar, and displaying it publicly in your house. Precious, yeah. We're all about this.

**Griffin McElroy** (3:29)
Yeah. Anyway, here on Wonderful! we talk about good stuff. Do you have any small wonders? I assume so, because you've got quite a docket of small wonders for people to ask about.

**Rachel McElroy** (3:39)
Yeah, so I mean, my segment this week is gonna be a lot of small wonders, so I'm just gonna say one of my small wonders, which is, and I've been sending you these, individuals dressed as Sesame Street characters for some kind of live cruise, possibly, performance, and they're just bringing their best dance moves in the world.

**Griffin McElroy** (4:07)
Yeah, no, I mean, the clip that you sent me was of some, Sesame Street, I'm talking about Cookie Monster, I believe Elmo was in there, and they were dancing to Reggaeton music.

**Rachel McElroy** (4:20)
It was Bert and Ernie too.

**Griffin McElroy** (4:21)
Bert and Ernie.
