Okay, we'll stay with that one then, the next time we have you on. Hey, Collingwood is going to the Tribunal to challenge the Billy Frampton Dangerous Tackle Band. What are your thoughts? Any chance?

**Will Faulkner** (1:40)
I think he's a chance. I mean, in comparison to Jack Criss, who we know got off to tackling Tom Blamise from North Melbourne, who was concussed last Friday night.
There's such tight calls these days. The margin of error, as we know, is very, very little, but it felt like Frampton probably took him from behind a little bit more. And in theory, Blamise probably had a little bit more of a chance to brace the impact when he was hitting the ground from Jack Cris to tackle. Because I know there's been a lot of speculation as to why he wasn't suspended. Opposed to Frampton, there was a little bit more of a roll motion, I think, coming from the side. Frampton coming from behind, it's much harder to roll in the motion. And I think as a result, Whitlock probably hit the ground a little bit harder. Or in a way that the ASO probably doesn't like as much. I think Cris is a very line ball. But as a result, for seeing Frampton go to the tribunal tonight, I think he's a decent chance of getting off personally.
But sometimes it's very much pulling rabbit out of the hat. Don't know what you're gonna get from the tribunal. So it'll be an interesting one to watch. What do you think?

I reckon that the fact that Whitlock is such a lightly built player at this stage probably didn't help Billy Frampton. I think both tackles involved a significant amount of momentum on behalf of the player with the ball sort of headed in the direction that they were tackled to the ground in. So they're slightly different to your normal dangerous sling tackles. They did feel that there was a lot more force attached to the Frampton tackle, which I suspect may count against him in the final analysis. But yeah, as you say, they're marginal calls. It is interesting and a bit of anomaly, though, that the guy who tackled the guy who gets concussed gets off, and the other guy who tackles the guy who doesn't get concussed gets banned.
I do suspect whether we like it or not, we're going to have to get back to an outcomes-based scenario here. And I go back to the real life scenario. You run a red light and you just run a red light. That's okay. A couple of demerit points and a fine. You run a red light and you hit someone, you're in jail for dangerous driving, causing serious injury or death. So I think the outcome has to be a factor no matter what. And I think that's the only way you change player behaviour. If they are more wary of the potential outcome, because it's the outcome that gets them banned. That would be my take on it. I know a lot of people disagree with that, but I think that would be my take on it.
