Well, it could be, you could see it that way, but I think there are always two sides of a coin. I don't know, I just googled other alternatives to head honcho or big cheese.

Do you do that every week?

I do it quite a lot.
I've actually got, do you know what I do? And I'm terrible, because if I don't do something straight away, I don't do it. So what I do is somebody come up with an idea and I think, right, I'll make some notes. So I make loads of notes and then I keep it in a text document on the computer, because then I can cut it into like other documents without formatting and all that.

That's really interesting. It's a really interesting subject.

This is a good topic, I think. And so the topic is technology and the future of human resources. So one of the most, I suppose, uncomfortable questions circulating at the moment in workplaces, in boardrooms.
And the evidence suggests the answer is yes. And we're kind of seeing it to some extent. It's we're going to be replaced by AI. We're all kind of worried that we're all redundant.

Do you think that AI, in all honesty, will replace you in your current work lifetime?

Do you know, it's funny that I did a podcast about a year ago, and it was with an AI guy, and he said to me, oh, you got to look at Notebook LM. So I did, and Notebook LM is, LLM, LM, whatever it is, is essentially you feed in a document, and it will spit out an audio podcast at you. So I tried it, and I put his, the guy I was interviewing, I put his kind of resume, his CV into it. And I said, just create me a podcast about this guy and talk about him and what he's trying to do in AI, and the company he's launching. And it spat out a 10-minute podcast in maybe two or three minutes. But a good podcast. It's indistinct, male, female, and it went through the CV. It was very listenable.
I listened to it three or four times. When you got to the third or fourth listen, you started to see the inconsistencies. But if you were just kind of in the car listening to a podcast, oh, that looks interesting on the way home, you would not have known.
This is where we are now. This is a year ago.

Do you remember when Joe Rogan was talking about...
I know, I know you don't like him. But he talked about, he got sent an interview he did with somebody, and it was a deep fake. And it was so realistic that he couldn't tell the difference between him talking and the deep fake. That's how good it was.

That's wild. And he does so many interviews, such long interviews as well.

I like a lot of his stuff, a lot of what he stands for, I question. I'm not a fan of UFC and all of that kind of macho stuff. That puts me off. And the events at the weekend in that fight at the White House, that last fighter and him holding the microphone, that needs to be called to account.

The comment about Michelle Obama, what the fighter made, I mean, despicable.

I can't like her yet. No, I'm not even going to give it any time, but what the fighter said and Joe Rogan was the guy holding the microphone. So that's kind of tedious, because I think he could stand for something. You could have stood up then.
