All right, great question. So you're comfortable with building with AI, but the main challenge is validating and selling your own apps or digital products rather than offering automation services to clients. Which lessons or discussions here would you recommend for validating demand and getting the first paying clients? Also, would love to hear from anyone who has done this. What did you sell? How did you find your first buyers, et cetera? All right, so I'll talk you through my framework that's worked for me when it comes to the school group, right? And this is how we basically validated the school group. I'll talk you through the system. So let me put some notes here for you. All right, so when it comes to validating demand, the first thing that I'd say is that you should never create anything until you have your first buy. Because people vote with their money, and if they don't buy what you have to sell before you create it, it's typically a sign that it's not going to sell at all. And I can tell you now I've done it the hard way, where you basically create something, and then nobody buys it, and it's just like you've wasted so much time. So the way that I like to do this is in a three-step process. And this is something that I've done for pretty much all of my infoproducts, all of the stuff that I've sold before, even for my agency previously as well.

So the three-step process I've done is basically you come up with the offer, and you come up with a really powerful offer that people are interested in. I'll actually link to a section inside the agency course, but you can apply it to anything. Right? It could be for products, it could be for apps, it could be for software. It doesn't have to be for agencies. It's just about getting clarity on the offer. It just happens to be inside the agency course. But I'm going to...

So step one is the offer. So let me find that training for you right here. There we go.

Again, it's inside the agency course, but you can apply it to anything. It's the same offer framework. Step number two, once you've come up with an offer, pre-sell it. So for example, when I built the AI offer boardroom, I actually had a different offer, quite a very different offer, with a very different price point when I first launched, and nobody bought it. So I rejigged the whole offer, sat down for about three hours the next day, and just came up with better offer ideas.

And then I rejigged the sales page, send traffic to again, and eventually it started converting. So my point here is like, if your sales page that you create for your AI product or digital product, et cetera, if you create it and it doesn't convert, at least you haven't wasted your time creating something that nobody wants to buy. You can just rejig the offer, rejig the idea, send traffic to it again as a presale. So always presale before you create anything. And if you're wondering what that should look like, it can literally just be a very simple landing page where people can buy whatever you're about to sell, and you send traffic to it. It could be from your email list, from social media, whatever. And it basically explains, this is a presale. You are getting a discount for signing up early, and here's what we're going to do when we launch. You can also offer a few bonuses for people who sign up early as part of the founders deal, so that if they're not sure about buying, well, actually, they get all this extra stuff for being somebody who buys before the product is launched. You see this all the time inside the industry. Like, for example, Meta just launched something this week, and they've got a wait list, so most people can't even use the agent they've created. They've just kind of pre-sold it. So step number one is the offer. The goal is just to come up with something where people feel stupid saying no. Step number two is the pre-sale, and step number three is the delivery. So once you've got, I would say, minimum five to 10 sales on that pre-sale page, then I would start creating the product. Now, for example, if it's a course, the way that I prefer to do it is I'll actually teach each module on a live call with the first people that sign up. That way, I can teach what I need to teach. They ask questions in between that fills in the gaps, and if I just get the vibe that they don't like it, or they want me to cover something else, I can easily change it live on the call. That makes it really easy to create. If, for example, you are creating an app, then I would just get your customers on a call, and I would just say, hey, listen, I've created this. What do you think? Give me some feedback, maybe test it out yourself. And if you've got any changes, let me know. And you just keep iterating on the product or the app or the course that you create until you get better and better feedback on it. So that's basically the three-step system that I use. Again, I've done it with my agency. I've done this with, for example, info products, digital products, pretty much everything. And this way, it helps you save time, plus you don't create anything that people don't want. And because you work with your customers directly in step three, it's like super simple to figure out what they want and create something that they love. So that's the system that I recommend using, and it will save you a lot of time. All right, if you have any other questions, feel free to post inside the community. Create yourself a manual. Appreciate it.
