I said to Claude, can you go through the absolute hottest topics and biggest things that I have been teaching, sharing, creating across email and the club over the last three months? And what are those topics? And it pulled out those exact it was copywriting, launching, hot girl sales, funnels, and the ad studio. And I'm like, okay, great. This is gonna be my starting point. And now we need to help build my own skills to replicate and share.

Brooke Gramer (0:27)

Welcome to the AI Movement Podcast. The space where modern entrepreneurs and founders come to stay current and navigate their next move with AI together. I cover the conferences, sit with the people leading this shift, and I bring it all here. Broken down, without the hype, whether you're building something, pivoting your work, or trying to keep ahead ethically. You are in the right place.

Let's get into it. What happens when you stop treating your AI like a knowledge vending machine and start using it to actually build, run, and productize your business? Today I'm talking with Krista Ripma. She's the founder of Authentic Audience, a full-service digital advertising agency, and she's the creator of Authentic Business Club, which is a community of about 500 women building and scaling their businesses. Krista has spent the last decade helping founders grow through marketing, paid media, coaching, and community.

And right now she's taking that expertise and turning it into something completely new. Today we talk about how she's built several AI products like May, her morning AI executive, KJAI, which is trained on roughly 2,000 hours of her own work, and her recent launch of a brand new five-person AI marketing team, which covers everything from copy to paid ads. We have a pretty deep discussion about what shouldn't get automated to AI and the energy behind a unique idea. If you're a founder, creator, or business owner wondering how AI can help you scale without losing your authenticity, this episode is for you.

Krista, thank you so much for being on the show.

Krista Ripma (2:04)

Yay! I'm so excited. I wish we were in person, but that's the next best thing.

Brooke Gramer (2:08)

It is. It was so lovely to meet you in person for the first time. Just recently, this past week in LA. I've been a member of Authentic Business Club for almost a year now.

Krista Ripma (2:17)

Yeah, it's so nice to see people in person. I feel like that connection is what fuels our digital space. And so, like any chance we have to hang out is so fun. And not only do we get to co-work, but we got to do breath work and like all the things. So it was like, and eat. So it was like my favorite day.

Brooke Gramer (2:36)

Me too. And for listeners who might not know about all of the work that you're putting out there, could you do just a short intro about yourself?

Krista Ripma (2:44)

Yeah, absolutely. Um, so I'm originally and still the founder of Authentic Audience. We're a full-service digital ads agency. So we really specialize in Meta, Google. You know, those are the places that most of our clients are starting with. I had investors in the agency. I have scaled the agency. Our clients are incredible female founders in all different industries that are scaling their products, e-commerce, online services, you name it.

Um we do that with paid ads, but I have like this huge passion for teaching and supporting women in business. And so about two years ago, I launched the club and that's what you're a part of. And the authentic business club is really like a digital space that came from a women's retreat I was hosting called Body Mind Business. I used to do this down in Baja, Life Before Kids, every year.

And I was lying there and just was like, this needs to be a space that we can tap into all the time. And of course, in person, like I said when we started, is like my first choice. But you know, having that digital space where we can co-work, where we can do breath work, where we can do mindset work and also grow our businesses is what the club is. And so now we have about 500 women and they're all at different stages of growing, scaling their business. We hire each other, we hang out with each other. It's really like my dream come true in the space where I was like missing um this like real connection beyond business for women. And so I'm really invested now in helping women scale, helping women grow at any stage, whether it's in the club or whether it's through like our full service agency and and beyond. So I do one-on-one coaching, I do VIP days, really anything that you need, we can meet you there when it comes to like visibility and really stepping into your next era of success, whatever that might look like.
