So today, I want to show you how to stop building AI apps nobody wants, why most AI app ideas never sell, and how to validate your AI idea before you build so that you don't have to worry about this stuff again. And this is actually based on a question from Jose Ameo, who was asking, you know, Hey Julian, I've really enjoyed your content for several months and finally joined the AI Profit Boarding. I've built several apps and solutions, and basically was asking, you know, how, when you're building out these apps and solutions, need help, like, just validating the ideas, these concepts before building. That's the first thing that I wanted to get straight into, was I'm looking at this post, and I'm really glad that you have not started building yet, because most people make the classic mistake of like trying to build something that's not actually useful. And there's so many like vibe coded stuff out there that nobody uses, right? Like literally this, I can't even imagine, for example, on Twitter, how many new apps have been launched as a great idea, and then nobody's bought or sold it or checked out, right? So let me talk you through, I've got a three stage process that I use for this, and this is for anything that I launch, whether it's an AI app, whether it's not, even, for example, for infoproducts and agency services. So, for example, the AR Profit Boardroom, I actually pre-sold before we launched it, and then I figured out what people want. So let's get straight into the three step framework and how to do this.

So the first thing you want to do is come up with an author. And we actually have a framework you can use for this, where you're going to figure out, okay, what's the dream outcome? What's the perceived likelihood of achievement? The time delay, effort, sacrifice, and the output value. This is based on Alex Homose's author building system. So you can see this form right here, and I've linked to it for you. It says for agencies, but this works for anything. So this can work for infoproducts or anything else, or AI app ideas, for example. But basically what you're going to do is try and find something scalable that can achieve each of the above. So help people achieve their dream outcome, for example, some people want to get sales. So how can you get them get sales? Whatever your app and the problem of it actually solves. This is something that 99% of people are not going to do when they build out an app, but it saves so much time. So for example, let's say I've got an SEO agency. Well, the dream outcome of my clients is that they get more traffic and more sales directly from SEO and search engine. So that will be the dream outcome. And we will talk about our approach. Okay, this AI app idea helps them do this, helps them do that, helps them automate content, etc. Time delay. How long is it going to take? For example, if you can get them ideas faster, you will have a... If you can get them results faster, for example, if I create an article on entrepreneur.com and use Parasite SEO to rank a website, that will rank within a day. Whereas if I create a new website for them, it might take them three or six months. And so you see how if you reduce the amount of time it takes to achieve the result, they are much more likely to buy it. And so this is why you want to jot down your approach for each of these, effort and sacrifice. If you can reduce the amount of effort and sacrifice it takes to actually achieve the dream outcome, then people are much more likely to buy it. And the better your offer is, the more likely it is to sell.

Now, at this point, you're still guessing what people want to see, but it's much better than actually, for example, trying to just launch an app straight away. If you run through this system here, number one, you'll improve the app before you even build it. And number two, it's gonna make you think much more strategically about how to build a better offer for your AI app.

So that is step number one, which is the offer section. Now, step number two is pre-sell. So when I'm launching any offer, I need to create a landing page. Let's say, for example, if you have an AI app or you need somewhere to send traffic to, like this landing page, as you can see right here. Now, when I first launched the AI Profit Boarding, for example, which has had, you know, thousands of sales at this point, the way that I launched it is that I didn't create anything until after someone had paid for it, and I needed to get like five or ten sales. So that's why you want to do a pre-sale first. You want to just see if people actually buy it or not. If they don't buy it, then the offer is not good enough, and you can just go back to stage one without wasting your time building anything. And so this helps you quickly validate whether the offer is right or not. So for example, what I would say on the landing page is we're pre-selling this now. You can join the wait list. If you sign up now, you're going to get a discount before we launch. And also we'll build it together, so it's exactly how you want it to be. And that's a massive selling point because they feel like a founder. They feel like someone who's part of the process when you build the AI app for them. And also when you're actually building out, you're going to get feedback from them on how to make it better, which is way better than just creating something and guessing whether it's good or not.
