From political battles to betraying your teammates to beef on social media, these are NBA legends who hate each other. And first, Chris Paul and Rajon Rondo had a beef for so long, it ended with them exchanging fluids. See, in 2009, Rondo went after Chris Paul by saying, You'll never win a round.

**SPEAKER_2** (0:18)
Chris Paul having something to say was separated a little bit there.

**SPEAKER_3** (0:21)
You know, and I think Rondo started it by coming over. You got to leave that alone if you're Rajon Rondo.

**SPEAKER_1** (0:25)
And over the years, things would only get worse, because it didn't matter if they were on the floor or off it. These two couldn't stop touching each other. And in October of 2018, during a Lakers-Rockets game, they decided to settle the beef. See, Ingram and Harden had a scuffle that quickly died down. And while all that was going on, Rondo and Chris Paul had a chance to smooch each other.

**SPEAKER_4** (0:45)
It's hot now, Paul, oh, punches a throw. Paul and Rondo throwing punches. Ingram comes in, he's throwing punches. There's going to be suspensions for this one as Rondo immediately heads back to the locker room.

**SPEAKER_1** (0:56)
And right after the fight, Paul Pierce said the fight was overdue.

**SPEAKER_5** (0:59)
I am not surprised at all.

**SPEAKER_1** (1:01)
I'm surprised that this is their first fight action. Oh my God, it's my favorite point guard, Chris Paul, man.

**SPEAKER_6** (1:06)
Chris Paul, man, what's up, man?

**SPEAKER_1** (1:08)
You ain't Chris Paul?

**SPEAKER_6** (1:09)
No, who are you?

**SPEAKER_3** (1:10)
Oh, you ain't Chris?

**SPEAKER_1** (1:11)
But these next two players took their beef to the next level. See, the story shows exactly what happens when a cereal winner teams out with a cereal loser. Pippen and Barkley once admired each other, but once they became teammates, it quickly turned deadly. In 1999, Michael Jordan retired from the NBA for a second time, and Scottie Pippen needed to find a new team, so teaming up with Barkley looked like the dream destination. But that didn't come without warning. See, even though Barkley was one of the top players in the league, Mike let Scottie know that things wouldn't be the same.

**SPEAKER_3** (1:41)
Charles Barkley I told would never win because he doesn't dedicate himself to winning.

**SPEAKER_1** (1:45)
Now at that time, Jordan and Barkley were real close, so Mike knew exactly what he was talking about, because Chuck ended up being injured for the early parts of the season, and Scottie was playing the worst basketball of his career. So the next year, Scottie won it out, but he wasn't going to leave without disrespecting Chuck.

**SPEAKER_7** (2:00)
He could never expect an apology from me. Anything you owe me an apology for coming to play with is sorry. In fact, he's a very selfish guy. He doesn't show me the desire to want to win. That's my reason for wanting to get away from playing with him anymore.

**SPEAKER_1** (2:14)
Yeah, the beef was officially on, so Chuck doubled down.

**SPEAKER_5** (2:18)
As you know, I always carry a gun with me.

**SPEAKER_8** (2:21)
So if I get arrested for murder, y'all will know he didn't apologize.

**SPEAKER_1** (2:25)
Chuckster really pulled up the Uno Reverse car. I mean, imagine going from this to this. But there's one guy who's even crazier. See, Ray Allen thought it would be a good idea to beef with a team that included this guy. Look, the Celtics were one of the top teams in the East, but after they won the championship in 2008, every year ended in heartbreak. And after some tense moments with Rajon Rondo, Ray Allen decided it was time for a change. By that off season, he decided to change the meaning of teammate. Remember the hate between Rajon and CP3? Yeah, Ray decided to push for Rajon to be traded for his biggest nemesis. And once Rondo heard about this, he was cooked.

**SPEAKER_6** (3:01)
They had beef, and so they boxed it out and put on gloves. They put on gloves and really like threw hands.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:07)
You watched it.

**SPEAKER_9** (3:08)
I watched it.

**SPEAKER_1** (3:09)
But in 2012, Ray Allen would double down by jumping ship to the most hated team in the East and the Celtics' worst enemy. Yeah, he teamed up with Lebron, Wade, and Bosch to create the biggest super team since The Incredibles.
Now, this was Kevin Garnett's worst case scenario.

**SPEAKER_9** (3:24)
When all of the friction or whatever existed between you and Ray Allen happened, what I said publicly was this. He's the enemy because he went to the enemy. It's not that he departed from Boston. It's that he went to the very team that they were, that they considered the enemy more than anybody, which was the Miami Heat. Am I right or wrong, Sandy?
