Welcome to Motley Fool Money, the podcast that is not quite as rich as Elon Musk, even after the SpaceX shares have fallen. I'm Scott Phillips from the Motley Fool. I say we're not richer, Andrew Page is richer than Elon Musk. So I should say I'm not richer than Elon Musk. Andrew, thankfully, because the SpaceX shares did fall in the last couple of days, is now again the richest man in the world. Mr. Page, how are you?

**Andrew Page** (0:33)
It was a bit touch and go there for a moment. It was for a while.

**Scott Phillips** (0:36)
How does it feel being number two?

**Andrew Page** (0:39)
You're reminding me of Austin Powers scenes at the moment.

**Scott Phillips** (0:44)
Who does number two work for?

**Andrew Page** (0:45)
Yeah, who does number two work for?
Doesn't feel good. You're either first or you're the first loser.

**Scott Phillips** (0:53)
You're back on top, though, mate, and that's important.

**Andrew Page** (0:55)
Thank goodness for that. You know, everything is right with the universe once again.

**Scott Phillips** (1:00)
Now, I normally ask you at this point how you are, but I actually know the answer. You've been crook.

**Andrew Page** (1:04)
I've had a pretty, well, I'm still working through a pretty serious man cold. And that's just be fatal, mate.

**Scott Phillips** (1:11)
Be careful.

**Andrew Page** (1:12)
That's why I keep telling my wife. I say, you wouldn't understand.
Well, you're just given birth to a couple of children. You don't understand the pain that I'm going through.

**Scott Phillips** (1:22)
Chopper is not comfortable, to be fair, but it's not man flow.

**Andrew Page** (1:25)
Well, exactly. I see you get it. You get it. And as I said to you, or fair, I totally brought it on myself by saying a little while ago, it's like, I haven't been sick in ages. And I just, the universe went, oh, that's right.
It's like, let's take this dude down a peg or two.

**Scott Phillips** (1:41)
Oh, the fairy godmother with the wand with the star on the end zapped you with the man flow.

**Andrew Page** (1:46)
Oh, you know, here's the funny thing. How weird is this? The first half day, I felt really crappy, but it was like, when you're sick, you've kind of got this, it feels like you've got permission to just lie in bed and scroll. Like, it's not that you're not necessarily doing that anyway a lot of the time, more than is healthy for you, but you know, you can feel guilty about it. It's like, well, I'm sick. There's nothing else I can do, so I'm gonna do it. And it was like, oh, this is, you know, I don't like being sick, but there's a silver lining.

**Scott Phillips** (2:15)
This is okay.

**Andrew Page** (2:16)
Nothing's expected of me. Yeah, exactly. Nothing is expected of me, you know? But that's worn off very quickly. It's like, yeah, okay, this is not fun anymore.

**Scott Phillips** (2:26)
Time to go back to the work.

**Andrew Page** (2:28)
Fair enough.

**Scott Phillips** (2:29)
I will say too, to give a bit of context, this is the last week of live recordings or recordings for four weeks. As our listeners know, we're doing some pre-records.
I'm in a caravan at the moment on the Queensland coast. And because, well, so the audio might be different anyway, I'm using a, I mean, tell you Mike, but a different room. But also, I'm saying to you again, I'll fair speaking of pulling back the curtain. It's just starting to rain here. And unfortunately, the rain on the van roof kind of sounds like a piano kind of plonking. So if there is background noise, I will apologize now.
We have no higher production values here. I have no option. There were no alternatives. I'm not going to sit under a dinner and do this. As much I love our listeners. So bear with us as Andrew sniffles and the rain falls in the background here in this.

**Andrew Page** (3:10)
And I do have a puppy with me as well. So I do expect a few annoying bucks in the background. This is nothing if not professional, this podcast.

**Scott Phillips** (3:17)
Our producer extraordinaire, Link Kelly, is going to earn his money today, put it that way. So thank you, Link, for everything you have to do to try and make it sound less bad. Mates, interesting week this week. So let's kind of kick off with probably, I mean, the key economic news. We're not going to go into rates and stuff again. We'll leave that alone for a while.
