This episode is brought to you by Google Chrome. You think you know a browser, but Gemini and Chrome, that's new. It can help you with practically anything on the web, like restoring a vintage motorcycle from a 50-page restoration block, or finally break down that long article you've had open for weeks. Gemini and Chrome is here for it. Ready to make anything online make sense? There's no place like Chrome. Check responses set up required, compatibility and availability varies. 18 plus.

All righty, folks, there's a lot of debate about AI. AI is frankly in the news today because the idiots in Anthropic are telling us it's going to kill everybody in a decade. Well, you know what? Bo Ekstein said, screw that, I'm going to go hire an AI employee.

And in 24 hours, his AI employee did the following. All righty, Bo, what do you got? What AI goodness is coming your way?

Bo Ekstein (0:49)

So I was on a Zoom call yesterday. I think it was around 10 in the morning, 11 in the morning. And it's one of the masterminds I'm in. And this gentleman I've been following for like 15 years, he's a thought leader. His name is Mike Koenigs. Anyways, he dove into AI, he was an early adopter. And I've been following this guy for years. He's just a thought leader. So I like what he says most of the time. So he did this presentation for our mastermind group. And he brought up this tool, he brought up several tools. And he showed me a video of what it can do. And I immediately went to the website and did it. I signed up as a trial customer. And put it this way, it blew my socks off. Like seriously, game changer. It can link to all of your accounts. So I use Slack to communicate with my virtual assistants and some other team members. So this AI agent is in Slack, and I simply chat with it. Before I went on, you integrate. So I integrated with my Gmail, integrated with LinkedIn, Facebook, gave it all sorts of stuff.

And I basically give it commands, and it does it. So it goes through your emails, it gets rid of junk email, it sorts it, it tells you your priorities. Every morning at 6.30, it sends me a DM.

And it basically tells me who I need to get a hold of, get back to, what are my priorities? And obviously, you prompt it to do all that.

It can do anything and integrate with any of your software, so you can use it for many different things. So what it did for me in literally probably 12 hours, inbox cleanup, analyze my Gmail, proposed 13 filters for listing alerts, webinar spam, and retail promos. I approved it with one click, and it made all the changes. It went into Go High Level.

I had AI Tim answering my Go High Level phone number. Everybody knows, I think, what Go High Level is now, but if they don't, it's like a website CRM on steroids, and I use it to help me run my business. It goes into Go High Level, made the changes I wanted without me having to do it. It can go into any of your systems and do that for you. It drafts emails. So it drafts my response emails to people that reach out. And then I approve it, obviously. If I want to, I can eventually have it just send it out, but I want to approve it now, because make sure it's the right messaging. And it's usually for my events, I have sponsors. It completed the sponsor tracker, how many views we got on different things.

It's doing a pipeline audit, so I can stay on top of so many people I talk to. I'll talk to somebody eight months ago, and I get an email, and they expect me to remember everything about them. So tracks all that kind of stuff. 6:30 AM morning briefs, email drafts, vendor replies, licensing questions for my various different licenses, mortgage license, real estate license, insurance license now, keeps me on track there. For business owners, this is kind of what I took notes. You can get a second set of hands for less than a part-time hire. It closes the gap between I meant to follow up and done, right? Follow-ups, thank you, sponsored deliverables, CRM notes, pretty much anything. Your VA or EA, VA is a virtual assistant, and EA is an executive admin. They become two to three times more productive because this AI agent does the digging and drafting. And so now I'm able to stay in front of my team members because I have four full-time virtual assistants in the Philippines, right? So now it's going to give me a better oversight of them, and it will DM them in Slack and ask, hey, Bo asked me for the Excel sheet with the 200 franchises that you routinely show your candidates that you're working with.
