SPEAKER_2 (0:04)
Five, six, five, six, seven, eight.
SPEAKER_3 (0:13)
That's so funny to me right now, but I wonder if it still will be when I edit this.
Anna (0:19)
You and mom are going on a trip to San Diego, and while you guys were looking for a place to stay, I had a blast sitting on the couch while listening to your entire phone call. I just had a great time talking with y'all, and I wanted to say that when you were looking for rooms or Airbnbs or VRBOs, verbos, what is it? Is it VRBO or verbo?
Marla Wagner (0:47)
I have no idea, and it's a pet peeve of mine when companies name their company something that no one knows really how to say.
Anna (0:53)
I know.
Marla Wagner (0:54)
Stop doing that. Is it Airbnb or Airbnb?
Anna (0:59)
Yeah, we're Airbnb. Okay. Going back to what I was saying, which I completely forgot.
SPEAKER_6 (1:06)
Where'd the train go?
Marla Wagner (1:07)
Help. You're talking about listening to my phone call with mom.
SPEAKER_1 (1:10)
Yeah, and you're saying like, oh, two beds sleeps four.
Anna (1:16)
Yep. One bed sleeps two.
SPEAKER_3 (1:18)
Yeah.
Anna (1:18)
Okay. Anyway, imagine you're looking at a property, you're like, this is fucking beautiful. You look in the details and it says sleeps to eight beds.
SPEAKER_3 (1:33)
And then at first, at first, you're like, at first, you're like, oh yeah, it sleeps two, okay.
SPEAKER_8 (1:40)
And then, when you read eight beds, it's like, that's where it really shocks you.
SPEAKER_1 (1:49)
You're like, holy shit.
SPEAKER_8 (1:51)
Yeah.
SPEAKER_10 (1:51)
What does that mean?
Marla Wagner (1:56)
And then, okay, but then, you and I were talking about this yesterday. You were like, is it funnier to say sleeps to eight beds or eight beds sleeps to?
Anna (2:06)
I think I've decided that it's funny when it's the funniest, it's lots of versions, right? The funniest includes both ways. So first, someone's gonna say sleeps to eight beds. Yeah. Then they're gonna bring up the fact that it could be said eight beds sleeps to.
Marla Wagner (2:25)
Like you have to say- In the description?
Anna (2:26)
Yes, yeah.
Marla Wagner (2:28)
This cozy bungalow, eight beds sleeps to, and it's right on the beach.
SPEAKER_11 (2:39)
So can a bungalow be on the beach?
Anna (2:43)
I'm not gonna lie, I'm not 100% sure what a bungalow really means. Like, I really don't know. I'm picturing, when you say bungalow, I'm picturing a hammock made of, like, twine.
Marla Wagner (2:57)
Like a cocoon or just open face?
SPEAKER_12 (3:00)
Like, oh, wait, yeah, I'll take the open face hammock.
SPEAKER_9 (3:05)
Well, some of them closed, so I just thought.
SPEAKER_8 (3:08)
I'll take the cocoon hammock.
SPEAKER_6 (3:11)
It's like you're on Jeopardy.
SPEAKER_9 (3:13)
What is, what is the cocoon hammock? I'll take, I'll take the cocoon hammock.
SPEAKER_8 (3:19)
Or Five Honor Plains, Alex.
SPEAKER_11 (3:21)
Or I hate my job. Pick a number.
SPEAKER_12 (3:26)
No, what's, what's, 10
SPEAKER_3 (3:27)
Any number and you win.
SPEAKER_13 (3:30)
Thrive.
SPEAKER_7 (3:32)
That's funny.
Marla Wagner (3:34)
Wow, we just go right into the SNL every time.
SPEAKER_14 (3:37)
Every time.
SPEAKER_15 (3:39)
What are we talking about?
Marla Wagner (3:39)
Open face hammocks. Of course.
SPEAKER_9 (3:42)
I picture bungalows as.
Marla Wagner (3:46)
I picture bungalows as Tinkerbell's hut.
SPEAKER_15 (3:50)
Oh, that's a good one.
Marla Wagner (3:51)
Acorn with drilled holes in a flower for a roof. Upside down flowers.
SPEAKER_16 (3:55)
It's beautiful.
Marla Wagner (3:57)
I love Tinkerbell.
SPEAKER_3 (3:58)
You really do.
Marla Wagner (3:59)
God, I loved it. It was, it was really cool because when, back when DVDs were a thing, you'd Gen Alpha.
SPEAKER_6 (4:08)
Hey, are you guys on here?
SPEAKER_3 (4:09)
I don't really not.
Marla Wagner (4:10)
But when you would, when we bought the DVDs, the spine of the DVD, when you lay them next to each other, or stand, stood them up in order, in order, put them on the shelf, like a carry on on a plane.
SPEAKER_3 (4:22)
Yes.
Marla Wagner (4:23)
Anyway, when you line up the movies, it makes the pixie hollow tree. What?
Anna (4:28)
I just thought of something really cool you could do.
SPEAKER_3 (4:31)
All right.
SPEAKER_10 (4:31)
At an airport.
SPEAKER_3 (4:35)
Okay, Anna, tell us what's something really cool to do at an airport.
SPEAKER_10 (4:38)
Okay.
Anna (4:39)
So this has happened multiple times.
SPEAKER_3 (4:41)
I'll take something really cool to do at an airport for 500, please.
Anna (4:48)
So it's not actually that cool.
