Bryce Young and Tetairoa McMillan torched a very, very bad Lions defense to lead the Panthers to a 32-26 win on Sunday Night Football. The Chargers are dead. Drake Maye be all the way back. The Eagles are a mess. Ben Johnson is a mad man.

This episode is brought to you by Nationwide. Everyone knows that to win in fantasy, you need players that can be so much more. The QB that can throw for 400 yards and rush for a touchdown. The defense that can snag a pick six. Or the running back who can also bring in 15 receptions. It's like how Nationwide is so much more than a great insurance company. They're one of America's largest financial services companies too.

Now that gets the start. For your insurance and financial needs, Nationwide is on your side. Nationwide Investment Services Corporation, member FINRA, Columbus, Ohio.

On today's episode of The Ringer Fantasy Football Show, Bryce Young looks fantastic. The Giants are winning the NFC East. Every player in the NFL is hurt, literally all of them. The Chargers are an abomination and a front to all that is holy and good in the world. And we're going to start a referee fantasy football league because everyone just wants to watch the referees, the referees think. All that and more after the commercial.

Welcome to The Ringer Fantasy Football Show. My name is Danny Heifetz and I'm joined by Danny Kelly and Craig Horlbeck, and we're going over all the games from Sunday of week four. We are a quarter of the season in the NFL season, I guess, because I guess four divided by 18 is not really a quarter. Whatever. We're going to go through all the games, but we're going to start Lions Panthers. The Panthers just beat the Lions by six points.

DK Bryce Young looks like a guy who actually was taken number one in the draft.

Danny Kelly (3:17)

He's quite literally leading the NFL and passing yards right now. He looks amazing and he's not just, he's doing it in a lot of different ways. He's been clutch in big situations. I think that play late in the game where he escaped through to his right, hit Tetairoa McMillan on the sideline. That was incredible. He's getting away from pressure. He's playing on time. He's doing everything, so it's been really, really impressive what he's doing so far. It doesn't feel flukey either. He's playing with a ton of confidence. He's having fun.

It's all good for him.

Danny Heifetz (3:46)

Craig, how erect were you seeing Tetairoa McMillan have almost 200 receiving yards?

Danny Kelly (3:53)

How erect?

Craig Horlbeck (3:54)

Pretty torqued. I didn't have to change any clothes, but I was aroused, I will say. It's great to see him build off the rookie season because he had a somewhat quiet start so far to this year. And today he had 14 catches, 192 yards and two touchdowns, looked great. What's so unique about him is how big he is and yet how mobile he is. You almost forget how big he is when you watch him move because he seems like a smaller receiver just because of how nimble he is. And then you look up and he's like 6'4, 6'5. He was fantastic today.

I think outside of CD-Land was the number one receiver in fantasy today.

Danny Heifetz (4:33)

I mean, that sounds right. I mean, 14 catches, 192 yards, two touchdowns. I will say, I don't want to make too much of a single game.
