If you're an NFL fan, ESPN is where you need to be this season. It's the biggest lineup they've ever put together. Monday Night Football, every week, every game on NFL Network, now also available with an ESPN Unlimited plan, and for the first time ever, Super Bowl 61, marquee matchups, MVP quarterbacks, international games, the whole season start to finish. Footballs on ESPN.
This episode is brought to you by State Farm.
Every football fan is different. Some won't wash their lucky mustard-stained jersey until the season's over. Some insist they can't sit down on third downs, and some pick their favorite team because, I don't know, just like football fandom, nobody's life is exactly the same, and that's why State Farm gets to know you, not as a policy number, but as an actual person, so they can help personalize a coverage plan that's just for you. Whether it's game day or just another Tuesday, State Farm has you covered.

MUSIC Welcome to the Fantasy Footballers Podcast with your hosts, Andy Holloway, Jason Moore and Mike Wright.
Jason Moore (1:27)
Welcome in. Tuesday, September 15th.
Mike Wright (1:39)
MUSIC Somebody in this office is glowing.
Andy Holloway (1:43)
I did not think Mike could be here. You didn't ascend? You did not? I just assumed you were no longer on this planet.
SPEAKER_5 (1:51)
I did.
Andy Holloway (1:53)
So you just came back to the table.
Mike Wright (1:56)
Ken Bone Brothers.
Andy Holloway (1:57)
These two Ken Bone Walkers.
Jason Moore (1:59)
Baby.
Andy Holloway (2:00)
Also, what is this Andy on the Ken Bone Walker?
SPEAKER_5 (2:03)
He's got him on League of Legends.
SPEAKER_6 (2:04)
I know why.
Andy Holloway (2:06)
I'm just saying it's not fair or true to the nature.
Jason Moore (2:08)
Just with Gibbs and Josh Allen and CD and all that stuff. It's not their time right now, Andy. Listen, it took one game.
SPEAKER_2 (2:17)
Ken Bone Walker.
Mike Wright (2:18)
It took one singular game.
SPEAKER_5 (2:22)
Well, hold on.
Against one of last year's elite defenses. You may continue.
Jason Moore (2:30)
Are they elite? I don't know. They were. I'm saying they were last year. Yes, I know. Now all of a sudden, it's like do you start running backs against them? But you can start this one against them. Kenneth Walker, 23 for 173
Mike Wright (2:42)
Two touchdowns because one was technically a passing touchdown.
Jason Moore (2:46)
Did you realize this? Yeah.
SPEAKER_5 (2:48)
It was the old-fashioned Andy Reid, Patrick Mahomes. We bowl it.
Jason Moore (2:52)
Did you see that on that play, Ken Walker said that was a really tough one for him to learn how it worked because they were watching early 1900s football plays. Yeah. Early 1900s.
Andy Holloway (3:06)
Andy Reid said Chris Berman gave him that play.
Jason Moore (3:08)
I mean.
Andy Holloway (3:09)
Yeah. He said Chris Berman showed him that and he took it.
Mike Wright (3:12)
It's always funny because I'm like, when do you decide you're actually going to use these?
Jason Moore (3:15)
Then when you use them, you expire them to a degree.
Mike Wright (3:18)
But look, it was the Ken Walker.
SPEAKER_5 (3:20)
No, you set it up so that they're watching for it and then you do something else.
Mike Wright (3:23)
It was the Ken Walker Show.
SPEAKER_5 (3:25)
Guys, he's good at football.
Mike Wright (3:28)
Look, this is like...
Jason Moore (3:33)
Anybody in this room read The Lord of the Rings books? They're very long, right? They're long stories. It takes a long time for a payoff and things like that. I feel like the Ken Walker story is like a six-series book set and it had some ups and some downs and some all-arounds.
Mike's like, I'm going to keep reading. And we're like, I don't know if you should keep reading.
Andy Holloway (3:56)
The fourth book was pretty slow.
Jason Moore (3:57)
The fourth book was slow and then some pages were torn out all over the place. And then, okay, it's a novelty you win the MVP, but is he coming back to the team to share with Charbonneur? Is he going to the doldrums of some other French?
Mike Wright (4:11)
Oh, wait, Kansas City. Well, that should work.
Andy Holloway (4:15)
And I love on the broadcast, they said what we all assumed, which was the reason he went there, was not to win a Super Bowl, was not to, it was solely, he wanted the opportunity to get all the work. Like it basically was saying like, oh, why were you so good in the Super Bowl? Why were you so good in the playoffs? Because he got the opportunity and he wanted to go somewhere where he got the opportunity. Kansas City promised him the opportunity.
