Almost Athletes with Dude Perfect

Yes, we made our intern complete a BOOK REPORT… and it did not go as planned. But first, Tyler joins Sparky and Garrett to break down the latest in college football, the MLB Playoffs, and fantasy football punishments.

Speakers Tyler Toney, Kevin Sparkman, Jamie Erdahl, Garrett Hilbert, Jackson

Whenever fall comes back around, it always feels like a fresh start. This year, I've been layering in some styles from the new Lululemon fall drop because the weather is shifting and I find I have to be ready for the entire day and not just one part of it.

Lululemon's fall line has some really versatile, transitional pieces, so I can just wake up, throw on a matching set, add a jacket or a fleece and head out, knowing that I'll feel comfortable enough to go wherever the day takes me. Check out the new fall arrivals in store and online now at lululemon.com.

Tyler Toney (0:30)

If it was like, memorize all the prepositions, I'd be like, I already know those. About above a cross after against a long among around at before behind below beneath the side between beyond by concerning down during except for from and into near of off on over since through to toward under until upon.

Kevin Sparkman (0:45)

I don't know the planet stuff. I'm not into that.

Jamie Erdahl (0:48)

Yeah. When's your birthday?

Kevin Sparkman (0:49)

March 26th. What does that make me? A Saturn?

Jamie Erdahl (0:52)

That.

Garrett Hilbert (0:56)

How does like to book in though? Like they're a cliffhanger?

Jackson (0:58)

No.

Garrett Hilbert (0:59)

Really?

Jackson (1:00)

It's a good ending.

Garrett Hilbert (1:01)

It is.

Jackson (1:01)

Yeah. Are you reading it right now?

Garrett Hilbert (1:02)

A short burst of static punctured the call followed by silence. Panda waited until the static subsided and Anya got back on. Sorry about that. Mission Center called with our next assignment.

Jackson (1:12)

That's so interesting.

SPEAKER_1 (1:13)

Dude, you didn't even read it. You didn't even read the book.

Garrett Hilbert (1:29)

Sparky. T.

Garrett Hilbert (1:44)

Wow.

SPEAKER_9 (1:45)

Tie's back.

Garrett Hilbert (1:46)

Sparky. What do we got coming up?

Kevin Sparkman (1:48)

Good question, Gar. We're going to take you behind the scenes of our new main channel release and talk all things Rocket League video. We've got more voicemails about crazy fantasy football punishments. Jamie Erdahl is back to catch up on week four of the NFL and to help us hand out some early season superlatives. But first, we've got to talk college football and MLB playoffs, but before any sports.

Garrett Hilbert (2:07)

And later in today's show, Jackson is going to give us his book report about it to prove that he can actually read, which I still don't know if he can or not.

Tyler Toney (2:49)

Mayhem. What a weird word.

Kevin Sparkman (2:51)

Mayhem.

SPEAKER_10 (2:52)

Yeah, it actually, never even, mayhem.

Tyler Toney (2:54)

Mayhem. Matchday mayhem.

Garrett Hilbert (2:57)

I've never actually thought about that. It's kind of a weird.

SPEAKER_7 (2:59)

You know what's another weird word?

SPEAKER_10 (3:01)

Do.

Garrett Hilbert (3:03)

Do. Do?

SPEAKER_8 (3:04)

Yeah. Really?

SPEAKER_10 (3:06)

It should be do.

Kevin Sparkman (3:08)

Do.

SPEAKER_7 (3:09)

Why is it do-e?

Kevin Sparkman (3:10)

We could have an old episode on how complicated the English language is.

Garrett Hilbert (3:14)

Okay, phonics is a weird thing, man.

Kevin Sparkman (3:16)

Retroactively learning English, I'd be so much trouble.

Tyler Toney (3:20)

I follow a guy on Instagram and his wife gives him English lessons and he's trying to do all the serials.

SPEAKER_7 (3:29)

It's incredible.

Kevin Sparkman (3:30)

Yeah, I've seen this.

Tyler Toney (3:31)

He's a Hispanic guy and he's trying to say Fruity Pebbles.

Shout out to that dude. I don't know their IG handle, but it's a great follow.

Kevin Sparkman (3:39)

Oh, let's talk college football, boys. The Aggies back in the win column dominate Arkansas 34 to 7 Aggs gained 231, grounded and pound in the run game, was out and running. Nearly outgained the Hogs by 200 yards. It's a big win. Got to talk about the Unis, though.

SPEAKER_10 (3:56)

What about, I think people are overreacting.

Garrett Hilbert (3:59)
