I think he can throw the ball a lot better than most people are giving him credit for. Remember, he was 74% completion percentage against Baylor.
I think he's a much better throw at the football. And the wide receiver room has not got a chance to show what they can do. But they've got playmakers in there as well. I just think there's a lot that's unknown that they're not giving credit. They're going to find out, hopefully, after Saturday, that this offense has a lot more playmakers than most people know. So, yeah, the 31-17, I mean, regardless of what you think about Auburn, and I hear what she was saying, like maybe a special team score or something. Special teams, yeah. Yeah, that pushes it there. But even that, man, have we seen a lot of that on a lot of special teams? Well, didn't they have, didn't that little punt return dude have two punt returns for a touchdown last week?
Mike G (4:01)
He did, against Campbell, two, back to back punt returns for touchdowns. They kicked it to him, and then he almost had a third one. So again, they've got the guys that can change the game in that way. In my mind, just don't kick it to him.
B Wil (4:12)
Don't kick it to him.
Mike G (4:13)
Right. Listen, kick that bit to the 10th row. I don't care. Just don't kick it to him.
B Wil (4:20)
It's very easy, very simple. Yeah.
Or kick it high and make them fair kicks.
Mike G (4:28)
Something. Like I said, don't let that guy be different.
B Wil (4:32)
If he's doing it like that, just kick it away from him, kick it out of bounds.
Mike G (4:36)
Yeah, I would much rather a shanked punt that went 30 yards off the side of his foot than you kick it to a dude that has a chance to house it.
SPEAKER_4 (4:44)
So, yeah. Yeah.
Mike G (4:46)
But hopefully again, they're not putting a lot. So, I mean, that's another way to make sure he doesn't impact the game. You just don't have to punt. It's going to end in touchdowns and field goals instead of punts. Are you going for it on fourth plus territory? Something like that. But that's the way to make sure that he doesn't impact the game in that way. We got another super chat before we get out of here. Chris says, not on DJ's defense, gonna make it hard for Florida's quarterback.
