Everyone, you're on Live The Dream Media. Yes, the weather people were correct. It is raining out. It is true. It's been raining most of the night. We have a remnants of this hurricane from up from the Baja California and Mexico area that is coming through. But you know something, it was seen to be, it's been seen to be a nice, just chill kind of rain. That's what we want. We just want a nice soaking rains. I don't need Fenty Heads taking canoe rides with no canoe down the Santa Cruz River. Let's just, let's just keep it a nice soaking rain, like a nice Seattle rain. That's what we're looking for today. None of this other junk going on. So let's see, what do we have? So you know what happened, David? I stood up too straight. David San Marano is in the box today. I just want to let you know. We're going to be, hey, he's going to be, he's starting his day with me. And of course today, I've told this to Mayor Post, the best Marana Chamber of Commerce event is tonight. It's not their annual meeting. It's not the state of the town at the Ritz. This is the big one. This is their, their fourth Tuesday, but we put it on the fifth Tuesday because it's leading in the opening weekend of the amazing Marana Pumpkin Patch. So it's their meet and greet mixer tonight for the Marana Chamber at the Pumpkin. It's the best. I've told this to Post many times. This is, I go, I would rather hang out and have pumpkin pie with Post at the Pumpkin Patch than go to the state of the town. The state of the town is fine. It's fine. It's fine.
But I get to go, hopefully without, I don't know if the rain is going to put a kibosh on my train ride, but the train ride is important for me and shooting apples out of cannons. So anyway, it's a big, it's National Coffee Day. So of course, Aldo, let's give Aldo a horn. Mr. Mr. Samorano for National Coffee Day. We have our friend Dave Aldo at Augusto Coffee, of course, provides our amazing coffee. David made it today. Our Catalina Blend.
I can't believe Aldo, I'm gonna tell you, this is so, Aldo named the coffee out after the new county. I didn't, we weren't even talking to him about it.
So Catalina Blend for me and Dave today. And then our other friend Dave over at Oro Valley Coffee Roasters.
Bagels and brews up in Catalina. And of course we have a congressman, we know that has a coffee problem.
It's gonna be a hot and heavy show. JRR. Tolkoff will be calling in at 7 o'clock because of the Prop 425 I don't know if you guys got it, I'm sure David did at his house too. We got all of our publicity pamphlets for all the props. So of course, you know what my favorite part of these are, right?
And this one's gonna be the granddaddy of them all. This is the Prop 425 All the four arguments are just, I'm gonna have to put my glasses, I'm gonna have to put my readers on to get some of this stuff. Woof! We'll see who jumped on the funeral pyre of Pima County, of the Pima County machine, just to get their little scraps that they get thrown out at them. So we got that going on today. I have two powerful women going on. I got one in England and one at a school board meeting. We're going to play within the next five to ten minutes. I'm calling it Women on Fire segment for today. So that's going on. Then I have... What's the other one? There's so much stuff to get to today. Oh, we got to get to the update on the sentencing. We have a little justice corner. We have Judge revokes a plea for a Tucson man accused for murder. Then Jack Upchurch, the guy who killed Paul Clifford, our Good Samaritan, he got sentenced yesterday. And we're never going to get to it today. We have to have a real breakdown of this Protect College Sports Bill, because it sounds cute, but I feel like by the time we get to the end of it, we're going to find out that it's... I feel like it's going to enshrine a bunch of stuff about the pay for play in college that we don't like, but we'll see what's going on. We've got Goldwater coming on later this week, because they just sent the threatening letter to Pima County about the illegality of their moratorium on data centers, believe it or not. So we'll have Mr. John Riches on before this week's out, because they want to come on and talk about the letter they sent to the Pima County folks.
