We are off and running on the first College Football Saturday of the 2026 season. Hello, everyone. Tim Murray live from the Circus Sportsbook in downtown Las Vegas. And yes, there is a little extra hop in my step this morning as we get ready for the College Football season. We will have eight FBS versus FBS games today. It is your appetizer to the 2026 season. So whether you are a Buffalo wing fan or a mozzarella stick fan, whatever it is, whatever appetizer you go to the restaurant and order, today is that day for us as we get ready for the College Football season. Fresh off a little trip out to the islands to get some intel on Hawaii and Stanford, that is one of the eight games today. But I'm so excited to be back for another season with all of you guys to get you ready from here on out for the next three, four months. Every Saturday, 9 a.m. Eastern, you know one thing, you will get College Football with me for three hours. Getting you ready for all of the games, all the line moves, best guests you could ask for, insight from behind the counter.
Oh buddy, I am ready to go. Getting ready for a College Football season. We'll do some big picture stuff on the show today as well, and get you in-depth previews on all eight of the games that will take place today. First game at noon Eastern over in Ireland, last game at 10 p.m. Eastern, right here in Las Vegas at a massive matchup between two teams hoping to be in the College Football Playoff in Memphis and UNLV. Let's not waste any more of your time. Let's get right into it and set the scene.
Let's dive in to the biggest games of the day.
Over in Ireland, I texted my good buddy, Ryan Estridge, who is the voice of TCU. I said, how's the weather? His response, wet. And that is what we should expect today. TCU, North Carolina Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland. Last year, it was Kansas State and Iowa State over in Aviva Stadium. It was a rainy game and it was a game in which the dog took care of business. So you travel across the pond and now you got to play a football game to open up the college football season. Right now here at Circa, TCU, an eight-point favorite. There is an eight and a half out there at a couple of spots. There's actually a seven and a half now. So a little bit of TCU, or excuse me, UNC money coming into the market, coming back down to where we were most of the off season. But the unique challenge of going abroad, a new time zone, all of that. Let's hear from the head coach of TCU, Sonny Dykes.

Yeah, I do, I do. I think it's probably a little bit easier on young people than it is on older people. Just kind of getting used to it. But we've done a lot of things to try to prepare the guys, talking about getting to bed early and trying to get their clocks readjusted the best that it can. And then should have an opportunity to get eight hours of sleep on the plane over there and hopefully they'll wake up and be on Ireland time, Thursday morning. That's the hope.
And we're going to keep them busy, make sure none of them take a nap so that they stay up. And then should go to bed early Thursday night. They should be tired, get a good night's sleep and reset their body clocks. So that's the plan. All right.

Thank you for the plan. We got the plan from Sonny Dykes as TCU gets ready to take on UNC. Two new quarterbacks in this game. We've got Jaden Craig, the Harvard transfer, also coming in with the new offensive coordinator, Gordon Samus from UConn at UNC.
New quarterback, new offensive coordinator. Billy Edwards Jr. comes in from Wisconsin, made his, I would say, bones, if you will, at Maryland, got injured last year at Wisconsin. An old neck brace, Bobby Petrino, the offensive coordinator on UNC staff. The head coach, of course, old Bill Belichick. Let's hear from Bill Belichick as he prepares for TCU.

You know, we got a lot of, you know, certainly some good review from last year in the kick game and on the TCU's defense. You know, new offensive coordinator here, you know, new quarterback, things like that, on the other side of the ball. So, you know, opening day is always, you know, the tough game to prepare for because there's so many unknowns. There's unknowns on our team.
