He is the host of the Dad's Bet Baseball Podcast and the host of the Propcast for Sports Gambling Podcast Network. Adam, appreciate a couple of minutes. Curiously, are you at the point where you're like, football needs to be here tomorrow, or are you kind of like, all right, like I'm enjoying my summer, I got some baseball to bet.
I'm not wishing away the summer. I always feel conflicted with this, so I'm curious to get your take right out of the gate.

Let's put it this way, I've started betting walks for baseball as one of my main props, so yeah, I'm pretty much ready for football. But I have some stuff for you guys on both ends. If we have some time to get some football, I have a nice football future that I like as well.

Well, I'm glad that you brought up this idea of playing walk props in baseball.
It's off the beaten path a little bit. I like it, cause hey, if you find a winner, you have an angle, go and get it. Yankees, Blue Jays, George Springer, what's the angle in him walking today against Rodin or the Yankee bullpen for that matter?

**Adam Rosenberg** (2:00)
All right. First of all, Rodin walks the farm generally anytime that he's out there. He's got a 50 percent walk rate in road games, and he has that versus his 10 percent at home.
Will knows this, Will pitched. There's a difference in sight lines when you're home and road, so I do buy into those splits. Springer doesn't chase for all the bad season and everything that he's doing. He doesn't chase sub 25 percent outside swing rate and a sub 20K rate. So with him batting, probably clean up. He's also drawn a walk in 34 of 100 games that he's actually played. Plus 134 for him to walk. It matches up well to what Rodin is going to do. I wanted him more than I wanted Vlad.
So yeah, give me George Springer to get a walk at plus 134 right around brunch, right? At like 1230, something like, or 130 Yeah, so.

All right. The Phillies are minus 215 favorites over the Cardinals. Sanchez on the mound total is now eight.
I know you've got a prop on this game regarding Sanchez. Can you give us your thoughts on that? And do you think the Phillies who are now only three games behind the Braves, do you think they ultimately catch Atlanta here in the NL East?

**Adam Rosenberg** (3:13)
So I don't think they're going to catch Atlanta because they're going to play Atlanta six times. And they're also, after this, are going to Seattle tomorrow.
They have a pretty, they can't beat teams that have a better record than them. I know Seattle doesn't, but I think Seattle is a little bit better put together in some ways in the Phillies. But I think Sanchez actually goes the distance today because I don't expect a good start from Wheeler tomorrow. He's been laboring over the last few weeks.
I like Sanchez over five and a half hits allowed at plus 111 He has a 1.25 whip, but he has a seasonal walk rate of five, which is pretty elite. Which means that the guys get on base by hitting, not by being walked. He's had a little bit of walk trouble the last couple of games, but his Cardinals team also is stacked with righties that hit lefties really well. He only gave up four hits against them when he played them 10 days ago and now the line is five and a half. I don't need to do a bunch of weird line stuff, but I do think that he goes distance. I do think that he gives up six hits and scatters them. I do think the Phillies win. I think it's bonkers for them to be a minus 200 favorite, but I think lays on a strict pitch and innings limit that they mentioned. So give me Christopher Sanchez, who I do like a lot, but give him to scatter some hits, six hits at plus 111
