We are off and running on a Tuesday night post week one of the NFL season. Alongside Matt Youmans, I'm Tim Murray. A lot to get into Mr. Youmans tonight as we look ahead to week three of the college football season, week two of the NFL season. And we got plenty of baseball on our screens, including the Miz Kid on the hill as the magic number. Matt, you could be a happy man come the end of the night. Cubs lost, Brewers win. Brewers clinched the division.

I'm glad we could get this football nonsense out of the way and just totally focus on the Phillies Nationals game tonight. That's all. Huh?

Hold on. I don't have a I don't have my my sarcasm detector on yet. I sense a little bit a little there.

We're going to do three and a half hours of live betting on Phillies Nationals. So buckle your seatbelts. It's going to be a wild ride.

So we're going to be taking a space mountain right now. We're going to be up and down. Here we go.

All right, Matt, we do have a game in the night to get to, but let's quickly recap, even though we did for a good chunk of last night as the show wound down, we knew it would be the Chiefs winning and covering. If you had the under, were you fortunate or was that the right side? Because you got a fourth down, kneel down instead of a field goal there with about a minute to go.

Andy Reed was a true gentleman last night, took a knee.

Obviously, the Broncos did the same after they got the ball back running out the clock. And so to answer your question, yes and yes, because I think the under was the right side the entire way. But hey, you know, you can get screwed at the end of games. You're going to have the right side the whole way and get the wrong result. Last night, I felt like it was, you know, justice that the Chiefs did run the clock out and that game stayed under the total. But you're not going to get lucky like that every time. I mean, a lot of coaches just kick the field goal or, you know, put that over the total at the end of the game. But Andy Reed said, hey, we'll take a knee. Broncos did the same and get a 31 to 10 final. Fortunate that that stayed under the total, but I felt like that was the right side the entire way.

49 and a half. You could have played and you would have had no sweat, really, on that under. So that's the beauty of what we do or try to do on Monday nights as we'll be with you every Monday night during the NFL season and looking forward to that. And Thursday Night Football will be here before we know it, Matt. Not a bad way to start up week number two of the NFL season with the Detroit Lions. Fortunate to hold on against the New Orleans Saints and the Buffalo Bills in a very impressive, but also you could argue fortunate as well. Late Josh Allen throw could have been intercepted after his arm was hit, but both teams get a win. And right now the Buffalo Bills, a four and a half point favorite. So plenty of week two thoughts, plenty of week three thoughts in the college football world. I've got some situational spots to discuss for this upcoming week as well in college football. We've got some sound to play out there regarding some of these big time games and Matt's favorite game of the year. You know, I'll say this, Matt, it will build as the week goes on. But I do feel like the talk for LSU Ole Miss hasn't really ratcheted up just yet. It will get there, but hasn't gotten there yet.
