This is VSiN Primetime. Live from the Circus Sportsbook in downtown Las Vegas on VSiN, the SportsBetty Network.

Tim Murray (0:14)

We are off and running on a Monday night, wrapping up week one of the NFL season. Alongside Matt Youmans, I'm Tim Murray. We've got a AFC West Showdown in Kansas City. The return of Patrick Mahomes from last year's AFC West Champion, Matt Youmans, the Denver Broncos and the Kansas City Chiefs, not a bad cap to a eventful week number one.

Matt Youmans (0:38)

Yeah, it's been a great first week of the NFL. We have a couple of complaints, but you always have a couple, not too many. I don't know about you, but it was a pretty good weekend for me. Didn't get everything right. But if I had a weekend like this every weekend, I'd come in here on Mondays really happy, Tim.

Tim Murray (0:55)

Well, are you happy because you went 5-2 on the VSiN College Football Betting Podcast, gave out a bunch of NFL winners, or that we have Dom DiMarco's Pizza here for another year of Monday Night Football?

Matt Youmans (1:07)

It's twice as nice, right? We got Dom DiMarco's Pizzeria and Bar on West Charleston. This is our Monday night football sponsor here on VSiN Primetime. Props to Al Scaliot and his crew for delivering all this food tonight, and they went above and beyond tonight. We've got what I ordered, which was always sausage and pepperoni pizza.

SPEAKER_4 (1:29)

I already had a slice.

Matt Youmans (1:30)

Al came out with a new special tomato pizza that I thought the ladies in the back would love, and so he delivered one of those. We have cannolis that Paul Howard, I think, consumed on the way out of the studio.

SPEAKER_4 (1:40)

I think he already took a box.

Matt Youmans (1:42)

And we've also got, I believe, what's this corn on the cob? Okay, well, one lady in the back, and she's gonna eat that whole pizza, apparently.

That's what we're in for. No, but what's this corn on the cob deal here? I don't know.

Tim Murray (1:55)

We might have to try it on air. Maybe we'll try it on air. But it looks intriguing. So I think everything over at Dom DiMarco's is intriguing to me.

Matt Youmans (2:03)

Every Wednesday at noon, get the pro football show out there with Jim Feist hosting. And I was on there last week with Chuck Edel. This week, it's gonna be Christmas Cero and Jay Kornegay.

Tim Murray (2:13)

The Madman.

Matt Youmans (2:14)

Yeah, how about that?

SPEAKER_5 (2:15)

The Madman, Christmas Cero, all right.

Matt Youmans (2:17)

At noon, Wednesday on the patio at Dom DiMarco's.

Every Monday night, right here in studio. And looking forward to another season. Monday night, football VSiN Primetime at Dom DiMarco's. Great matchup tonight with the Broncos and the Chiefs. I think this is a strong two-way action game. We're seeing, I know plenty of sharps on each side of this game. So I'm not gonna say the sharps are on one side and the public on the other, but it seems like the public kind of likes the dog in the game tonight. And there's a lot of skepticism about, I think about Patrick Mahomes, first game back, and this KC side that really slumped last season.

Tim Murray (2:51)

Yeah, how healthy is Patrick Mahomes gonna be coming off of the ACL? That is always a concern. I'm sure a lot of people, Matt, if they're still alive with their teaser leg, might have had it concluding with Denver. Very intriguing teaser leg, pushing that up to eight or eight and a half, depending on what side you got, with a low total makes that number a little bit more advantageous or if you hadn't, you could start a teaser tonight. Look ahead to week number two as well. So as we sit here right now, Matt, Circa sits, Kansas City minus two. We have that graphic up on the screen, total 42.5, most everywhere else sitting at 2.5. Actually, that's not true. Bet MGM sits at two, South Point sits at two as well. So two, two and a half out there. Very teasable number for the Denver Broncos. If you do believe the Broncos will keep this within a touchdown.

Matt Youmans (3:37)

It's not a bad way to play it. If you do have a teaser open and you got the Broncos plus eight and a half or nine, something like that on it, you'd probably feel pretty good about that position. I did not tease tonight's game. I've got the Chiefs on the money line at minus 132 It's not a big play, just an average play for me. As smaller bet on the under 42 and a half tonight. The last six meetings between these teams of all stayed at 41 points or fewer. And I got, Tim, I kind of see tonight's game as a 20 to 18, 20 to 19, 21-20 type of game.
