Exactly the headline that I thought Joe Friso, our producer, would be writing up this morning. Backup quarterback Drew Locke and the Seahawks defense leads Seattle to an opening night victory, but it is in fact, fact 13 to 10, down 10 nothing in the second half. They pick off Drake made not once, not twice, not thrice in the fourth quarter alone. Jensen Lewis, tough pill to swallow of your Patriot backer this morning. And if you're a Seattle one, maybe you save the season as you figure out how long, if at all, time that Sam Darnold might miss.

Depending on what newspaper you read, yes, both digitally and for those of you that still like it in its physical form, yeah, Seattle locked it in. But if you woke up and you read the Boston Globe this morning, great Dan Shaughnessy, a very big friend of the program. His headline, What Felt Like a Lock in Seattle, quickly turned into an opening night disaster for Drake May and the Patriots. So we were on, at least I was on the Patriots money line. I know you were on the opposite side there in Seattle. A rare time, the Lewis Ross administration goes head to head, but that is the beauty of sports people.

If you got the three and a half for the Patriots, congratulations, Josh Applebaum, obviously one of our great friends and contributors here at vsin.com. Yeah. And again, the second that Sam Darnold went out and played number five, I tweeted, I feel like I just lost both side and total in one play.

The total never came back as obviously that was a dead under. Once Darnold was done, did get some in play on Seattle to live action. We talked about that yesterday in the program. And that really is certainly early on. And I know you locked in some nice positions to get some middle opportunities there with your Patriots ticket. So it can be very profitable here. You got to watch these games, be Johnny in the spot. I'll be looking for hopefully a slow start tonight in Melbourne as well. You and I are both on the under in this game. 49, 48 and a half is starting to drop now down to 48 Pretty much across the board here.

The side has gone up though. It is up to four. If you want to back the Niners here, it does surprise me a little bit. That feels like the right number to be on. I'd rather take the points and certainly lay them at this juncture. Has your opinion changed at all as we get ready for the Rams? Kind of flying in and then flying right back out. And Kyle Shanahan and company have had plenty of time to get acclimated here to their surroundings in Melbourne.

Anyone's handicap is viable at this point because we really don't know. And that's fine. But I wanted to go more on my experience as a professional athlete going from coast to coast. I knew what I felt like in the first 24 to 48 hours of a West Coast series. It took me a day or two to get acclimated.

The science, a lot of I've seen doctors and sleep people that are studying this for their profession say, you know, they would need about a week or two to get their circadian rhythm right. They've our circadian rhythm has been off for the last week because of staying up late for all this college football and NFL. I don't care. I just want to see the Niners get this thing home tonight. I'm on them on the money line plus $1.70. They are up to a plus $1.80 there at Circa. Couple of interesting injury notes here. And if you didn't see the show yesterday, Aaron Donald did not make the trip there for the Rams. So he is inactive. We'll see what Miles Garrett looks like. Didn't play a lot in the preseason. George Kittle gonna be activated for the Niners offense. That's a big boost. We'll see if he's on a snap count, if you will. Pitch count. However, they look at it. But interesting matchup between two head coaches that know each other very, very well.
