So we get anything that pulls inflationary pressures back, a drop in oil prices, that should pull yields back, that should all feed into those more interest rate sensitive sectors, and at least give you a decent trade. Not necessarily a long-term hold, but at least for now, kind of a decent trade setup.

Welcome to Thoughtful Money. I'm Thoughtful Money Founder and your host, Adam Taggart, welcoming you here at the end of the week for another weekly market recap featuring my good friend, the Oceanic portfolio manager, Lance Roberts. Lance, how are you doing?
Lance Roberts (1:39)
Why Oceanic today?
Adam Taggart (1:41)
Well, I totally whiffed on the word last week, and I almost did again this week. But it was the first word that popped into mind because the past 24 hours I've been back to San Francisco.
I've had two big birthdays in our family the past week and a half. First, my youngest turned 20 and then my oldest turned 25 So we were just out in San Francisco with the oldest celebrating her birthday. I got to say, Lance, for all its troubles, and San Francisco has many troubles these days, it is still one of the most beautiful cities in the world. And we were in the really nice parts of it in the past 24 hours. So yeah.
Lance Roberts (2:25)
When you're in the really nice parts, it's even better.
Adam Taggart (2:27)
Yeah. I mean, we just avoided the parts that are having really big troubles right now. But I mean, just geographically, it is, and architecturally, it is such a gorgeous city. And to be up there at the top, we spent some time up at the top of Pacific Heights, which has these beautiful old Victorian houses and mansions and they look down over San Francisco Bay. And you can see Marin in the background, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the fog coming in. It is just mind-blowingly beautiful at the right times. So anyways, I certainly hope that city finds a way to deal with the issues that it's struggling with and get back to being one of the true jewels of America.
Lance Roberts (3:10)
I spent quite a few years in San Francisco back in my younger days, and it was, yeah, it's just a great city.
Adam Taggart (3:17)
Yeah, it really is. Like I said, I can't afford to live there, but yeah. Yeah, I know. It's crazy expensive, and I don't know if I'd want to live there again, especially after having lived out of the city for a while, because it's busy and bustling and it's hard to park and all that type of stuff, and super expensive, as you mentioned. But I used to live there. I met my wife there for crying out loud, and I've been very happy with what we've done since. But yeah, it just slapped me across the face showing up there. Maybe it was just the beautiful weather we had or whatnot, or the fun time that we had with the family. But man, it really is a special jewel that deserves to be saved. All right. That being said, fair amount to talk about this week. I got to start though with a quick just reminder to folks for the fall online conference for Thoughtful Money. It's coming up in just a week. If you're watching this video the day that it releases in a week, that's going to be our full day of the conference.
Couple big bits of news about this. One, we just landed Neil Howe, author of The Fourth Turning. A lot of people have been begging me to get him back on the channel. I've been trying, folks. The challenge was that he was writing a new book. He's just finished the manuscript and popped his head up and looked at his e-mails and had a ton for me and said, oh, sorry.
