And we're live, there we go. It's different without an intro. You gotta try it out. But yeah, another day in crypto, another day with retail in shambles, prices, Bitcoin price beneath 58K, looking like pain across the board for retail traders. Meanwhile, insiders, whales, investors, Congress, all loading up and preparing to get massively, massively wealthy. We've got closed door meetings happening for the Clarity Act today. We're gonna get into that a little bit in the kind of two-week deadline before all this stuff needs to get passed. So people are pushing it through and some people are trying to block it. We've got more than 40 nations buying Bitcoin right now for their national balance sheet. So macro, long-term, about as bullish as that as it ever is. But meanwhile, retail, feeling the pain, feeling the anger. We can see it in the chat and in the comments, but not from our not from our main community. Disco fam that's been here every day.
You guys are doing extremely well. Yeah, somebody said bring the intro back. We're going to make a new one. I think that was the consensus. We will have an intro. Just not the same one. Especially everybody was coming at Pitchforks with Michael Saylor. So we can't have him out there saying, which one's the best crypto asset? The one I'm going to sell, you know, so.
But we got some more news on that STRC. And of course, joined again today by the one and only Drew Weider, the Druth coming in, rubbing the stash.
**Drew Weider** (1:26)
Yeah, I had to kind of comb it out a little bit. I'm getting a little bit frizzy and crazy watching the Bitcoin chart right now. We're losing key levels of support might be turning into resistance here in the short term. So it's getting frisky out there. But glad to be here. Glad to be joined with the savages that are indeed still involved with crypto in a bear market. And you know what? This is where I get unreasonably bullish. This is where I start talking about how excited I am to be involved with crypto. It is what it is. You know, that's just how I feel like being right now.
All the chips are down. That's where I buy cheap chips, right? So looking at the market, it doesn't really scare me. We're at $58,800 right now for Bitcoin, $1,500 again for Ethereum. And the BNB price mechanically being defended here at the $500 mark short term trading on Bitcoin, a little bit maddening, because you're not really seeing a decisive move up or down.
And we are sitting at an extreme fear zone in general. So as I said, this morning's open, you know, very, very choppy Bitcoin up and down by three, maybe 4% in the shorter time periods. We'll see if she can hold. We'll see if she can hold. And it is very split. I understand the chat's very, very split on if we should keep the intro video or not. Michael Saylor, kind of polarizing figure right now with, you know, with little mistakes.
**TJ** (2:51)
Now I've done it. What did I do?
Ooh, how do we fix this? Is it like that?
**Drew Weider** (2:57)
Here, I'll do it for you.
**TJ** (2:58)
There we go.
**Drew Weider** (2:58)
Watch this.
**TJ** (2:59)
I think I got it.
**Drew Weider** (3:00)
Okay.
**TJ** (3:01)
I got to get this into the one. Now I'm, how do we, are you fix it?
**Drew Weider** (3:07)
All right. So you go like this, and then we go like this, and then we go like that. I think that's good.
**TJ** (3:16)
There we go. You did it.
**Drew Weider** (3:17)
Yeah. I think that's good.
**TJ** (3:19)
Sorry.
**Drew Weider** (3:20)
No, you're fine.
**TJ** (3:20)
I messed up the buttons.
**Drew Weider** (3:22)
It's fine. It's fine. Man, I get the animosity towards Sailor, and I've had my own reasons for fighting, but you brought up a little bit of an insane idea to me, TJ. You're looking at, are you actually thinking about buying STRC at these levels right now?
**TJ** (3:40)
Yeah, I'm thinking about it. So this came out today, dividends twice a month. So basically a paycheck every two weeks. I, you know, and if you think it will end up repegging back to a hundred, you kind of getting a double win in a lot of different ways. Like if you now, again, STRC, if you guys don't understand it, if you don't need this type of product, it's a totally different, it's an income generating asset. It's not one designed to go up. Now, I think it's sitting at like 84 bucks. It's supposed to go up 15 percent. So, you know, I'm not, I'm not saying I'm rushing into it. I'm going to look into it. I just thought this was interesting, getting paid twice a month. Obviously, that's something I'm interested in. If you can park a fair amount of money into this and kind of take care of your lifestyle. That's one way to do it. Again, almost every time I tend to look into it, I'm like, well, I could just buy Bitcoin. So not saying for sure that I'm going to do this. You know, same with strategy. It's an incredibly low price right now. MSTR, the common stock. I do think it could recover.
