Yes, questions and answers. We're listening to the Pissed Idiots, and I think we just finished listening to the Pissed Idiots for Haters Electrifying Minor of the Week.

**Paul Heath** (0:44)
They had it under wraps.

**Mark Duffield** (0:46)
If they weren't before that, they certainly would have been after that, I think.

**Paul Heath** (0:49)
That'd be one of the great kick-ons, wouldn't it? Yeah, just 75 years of pain finally gone, and get to enjoy it in that fantastic stadium.
There was someone that was first off the rank, but we'll get to that one a little bit later, but Tugge from Riveton is saying, Morning Duff and Heater.

**Mark Duffield** (1:05)
What coaches in the AF are under pressure to keep their jobs in 2027? Well, you have to say Adam Uze is going to start the season under the pump, given that their performances, I mean, it's very hard being in the position he's been in where they've basically just cleaned the whole thing out, because Hardwick left and took players with him, and Liam Baker wanted to come home, and etc., etc., etc. There's been a very compounding effect, and he's got a lot of young talent at his disposal, but I think it's going to be very, very difficult for him to get through to a point where that talent reaches fruition. So I suspect he's going to be remembered as a building coach, not an executing coach. So him, I would say.
And I would say that Alistair Clarkson needs finals next year. If we're counting the Wildcard Rounds as finals, Alistair Clarkson needs finals next year. Otherwise, I just don't see him being there.

**Paul Heath** (2:11)
Yeah, do you think they've got the courage to make that move, North Melbourne, as a board, as a club?

**Mark Duffield** (2:17)
I think there'll be a big push. Yep. Adam Simpson will hate me saying this, but I think there'll be a big push from the old guard at North Melbourne to get either Adam Simpson or John Longmire back in.

**Paul Heath** (2:30)
Well, they're both in the marketplace, and it's lining up like that, isn't it? So it's going to be a story that just gets bigger and bigger without really breathing any air into it, because people love to see the return of favourite sons to football clubs to coach them.

**Mark Duffield** (2:42)
Yeah, and Simmo was a much loved figure at North Melbourne. He was like a heart and soul player.

**Paul Heath** (2:50)
Is it falling into a good opportunity for North Melbourne in a way, to have two Premiership winning coaches out there and former players?

**Mark Duffield** (2:58)
Maybe, but you could argue that a four-time Premiership coach who also played for the club, yeah, like Clarko, that was a good opportunity as well.
It hasn't been a disaster for them, but you feel like they're a bit unders, is that, do you think that's fair? A bit unders, like I would have expected them to either be in the play, in the wildcard playoffs, or missing by such a narrow margin. It wasn't funny. Now, they're going to have to get a real wiggle on in the last four weeks to get that close. And I don't expect them to, I certainly don't expect them to be in the wildcard round. So, every time they get tested, they come up just a little bit short on the test. And that happened again at the weekend, I think.

**Paul Heath** (3:44)
And they came right back. They got back in the lead again. And then for them to lose from there would be so flattening. Because they just stop again.
And the captain's not able to kick straight. It just starts from the top.
Jared asking, morning Duff, a big question regarding the Dockers at the end of the year. Who will they cull? Given the list of turnover required by the AFL, I believe it's five players that need to be culled.
Maybe Olly Murphy, Jaren Carr, Draper, Walker. Very tough decisions. Seems most are in good form at Peel. Sad that a few players need to go. Maybe even O'Driscoll, says Jared.
