Chris from Wingerwood, he's had a bit of a take on Tommy Morris from the Murphy-Reed and Russ Lyon story earlier, saying, I can tell you here tonight that Russ Lyon is a fool for not picking up Murphy-Reed and is trying to change the narrative after Alex Tarou got suspended in the VFL. That's pretty good.

It's very good. Alex Tarou has an issue. So he delivered a really good bump in an AFL game. I think it was just a week or so ago, but the bump he delivered in that VFL game, that's going to get you weeks every day of the week, and it's going to get you multiple weeks every day of the week, and you'll be lucky if he gets out of it with three. He's gone straight to the tribunal, hasn't he? So he's going to get minimum three. The guy kind of like staggered to his feet, so he might get away with three, but if that guy stays down, that's five, six, or seven.
It's not three, and he chooses to bump.
And this is the thing you should not do. You bump when you have to. You know, for footy now, you don't choose to bump.

If you do choose to bump, you are going to end up in the position that Alex finds himself in at the moment, which is a shame because Alex Tarou is a hell of a good young player. And the Saints could do with him out on the field playing as a key defender.
