Hello, everyone, and welcome back to another episode of Is This a Joke? I'm Shelby, and we also have our other co-host, Camille. And today we have a special guest, my little brother, Ryder. Say hi, Ryder.

**Ryder** (0:16)
Hello.

**Shelby Holland** (0:18)
And today we're going to do something a little bit different. We're going to do, are you smarter than a fifth grader? And we have my mom going up against Ryder, who is in seventh grade right now. So we'll see how this goes. So you want to do it to where like y'all clap?

**Camille** (0:39)
Or how do you want to do it? Well, yeah, we'll just go like this. Clap when we are ready to answer, if we know the answer.

**Ryder** (0:48)
Okay.

**Shelby Holland** (0:49)
So y'all won't be able to see it, but they're going to clap whenever they think they know the answer. And then I'll tell you who's about to answer, which I guess they would know. But all right. And then we're going to do at least 10 questions, see what the score is and see if we need to keep going or stop there.

**Ryder** (1:07)
Okay. Are we ready?

**Camille** (1:09)
I have a few questions. This is multiple categories.

**Shelby Holland** (1:13)
Yeah. So honestly, I'm just using the BuzzFeed list of questions. They have like 73 questions. So they don't have multiple choice though, but I can make up some multiple choice if I need to.

**Camille** (1:27)
Oh, God.

**Camille** (1:28)
Who do you think is going to win, Shelby? I'm probably not going to do very well.

**Shelby Holland** (1:31)
I think you're going to... I think Camille is going to win because... only because she's not going to hesitate on trying to like clap to answer first.

**Camille** (1:42)
Yeah.

**Shelby Holland** (1:43)
Like, I feel like Ryder is going to be...

**Camille** (1:46)
Ryder.

**Shelby Holland** (1:47)
Like, oh, I don't know. And then just not...

**Camille** (1:49)
What if the winner gets a surprise when you take it seriously? What's the surprise?

**Shelby Holland** (1:54)
I don't beat you.

**Camille** (1:55)
No, I'm just kidding.

**Ryder** (1:56)
Oh, Lord.

**Shelby Holland** (1:57)
You really want that in?

**Ryder** (1:59)
No.

**Camille** (2:00)
Well, we'll think of something. So money. It's possibly something.

**Shelby Holland** (2:05)
So take it seriously. Fun family game night, you know?

**Ryder** (2:10)
All right.

**Camille** (2:11)
I'm ready.

**Ryder** (2:11)
Anyway.

**Shelby Holland** (2:12)
All right. Let's get started. Let's see. Okay. So the first question is how many zeros are in the numeral for 1 million? Okay, Camille.

**Ryder** (2:27)
Six? Yeah.

**Shelby Holland** (2:30)
I had to count. Okay. So that's one to zero. Camille's in the lead. Let's see. I'm trying to switch up the categories as we go. All right. So the next question. I don't know if any of y'all will get this, so I might have to do multiple choice, but what was the name of the first satellite pulled into orbit by the United States?

**Camille** (2:59)
Uh, I don't know.

**Camille** (3:01)
No, I think I do know this, but I have to think about it. Oh my gosh. By the US.?

**Camille** (3:05)
Uh-huh. Okay.

**Shelby Holland** (3:07)
It's more curiosity. And then, if you get it wrong, the other person has a chance to steal, but you can't guess multiple times.

**Camille** (3:17)
I have no idea. I'm going to be honest. I can't think of it. I was going to say Sputnik, but that's in Russia.

**Ryder** (3:23)
Yeah.

**Shelby Holland** (3:24)
Okay. Do y'all want multiple choice?

**Ryder** (3:29)
Okay.

**Shelby Holland** (3:29)
I have to read off. I'm going to read off three of them. Okay. Because I can't think of three.

**Ryder** (3:36)
Okay.

**Shelby Holland** (3:38)
The adapter, the explorer, or the accelerator? I think Camille got it.

**Ryder** (3:46)
Really? Was it? Yeah.

**Shelby Holland** (3:48)
I saw your hands clap first though. Okay. Go ahead, Ryder. The explorer. Yeah, that's right. Okay. So it's one and one.
Were those multiple choice questions good? Because I just had to come up with them.

**Ryder** (3:59)
Okay.

**Shelby Holland** (4:03)
I was like, I probably sound mad stupid right now.
Okay. How many countries are in Africa? You want me to do multiple choice? Oh, Ryder, go.

**Ryder** (4:15)
Seven.

**Shelby Holland** (4:17)
Countries are in Africa? You know how big Africa is?

**Ryder** (4:22)
Wait, wait, I'm slow. I didn't...

**Camille** (4:29)
All right.

**Shelby Holland** (4:30)
When questions are with numbers like this, I'm going to give y'all, like, whoever's the closest.

**Camille** (4:34)
Okay.

**Camille** (4:35)
So we don't have to do more than...
