Actually heard from Jason from Indianapolis, who just became a pro, and he said, killed it in college football last week. So good on you, Jason. All right, Key, third and 10 here for Seattle. Let's see if they can pay them back. They are into Bronco territory. This is a big third down, and that is going to be a terrible throw by Darnold.

Keyshawn Johnson (1:27)

Oh, almost got picked. Here we go, another Thursday night.

God, the hell are you doing, Sam? What are you doing?

Patrick Meagher (1:43)

What would Sam see here? Oh, he just missed him.

Keyshawn Johnson (1:48)

He just literally missed him. Literally missed him.

Patrick Meagher (1:51)

That was JSN he was looking for, too.

They're going to have to punt it here. Play field possession.

Field position, I should say. 7-3 Denver leads, and Denver is a one and a half. They go two and a half now. It just adjusted in game. 36 and a half on the total. Let's see the pooch here. If we get inside the 10, we do not. That is not a good punt and is going to go out around the 20 So you do not really gain much there. If you are going to kick it like that, you might as well just go for it on fourth down.

Keyshawn Johnson (2:20)

Yeah, but you do not want to give it to them at the 20 They got to go 80 yards for a touchdown.

You are on the road. I do not mind the punt. I do not mind making them try to get, make them try to go 80 yards in this situation, but the defense has got to stand up and be stout. We have got to see some pressure from the defense applied to Bo Nix and Company, because they methodically moved the football down the field and put seven on the board. So you have got to stand up and be stout and stop them from this situation, or else you will find yourself getting run out of the building real fast.

Patrick Meagher (2:54)

All right. So we went to break. I have been waiting all week to ask you about some of this clock management. We can go Sirianni in London. We can go McVeigh with the 48-yarder, or we can start with your boy Dan Quinn, who it's a tie with the Commanders and the Giants. Do you put most of the blame, and I think everybody's seen what happened there, where they were very lackadaisical. Jaden Daniels almost didn't seem like he knew the overtime rules. The question I would have for you, blame, is it Jaden Daniels? Is it Dan Quinn? Obviously, it's shared, but who gets the majority of the blame there with the Commanders?

Keyshawn Johnson (3:30)

I believe the coach gets the majority of the blame because the situational things like that, it almost feels like they don't practice situational drills. It meaning like in certain situations, you need to know, this is what we're doing.

I need to know before the head coach even says anything, this is what we're going to do, right? It didn't feel like Dan Quinn and Jaden Daniels were on the same page, or the offense was on the same page in a situation where, hey, we got X amount of time left on the clock, we can kick a field goal, we can win the game, we can get closer, just things like that. It just didn't feel good at all whatsoever.

Patrick Meagher (4:10)

I totally agree with you. It's almost like Dan Quinn, he doesn't call the defense. He obviously doesn't call the offense. His only job is to manage the football game. So he's got to be, if Jaden doesn't know what's happening there, Quinn's got to be in his headset with David Blau, the OC, like remember, remember, no timeouts, no timeouts, no timeouts, kill the clock.
