All right, there's this amazing book called Getting Everything You Can Out Of All You've Got. I read it a few years ago and it changed my life.
And the reason I loved it was because it basically talks about how to get and make more money using things that you already have. Coincidentally, today's podcast is brought to you by Business Made Simple. It's a podcast by Donald Miller, who I'm gonna tell you about in a second, but he has this amazing episode that's all related to this book and the things that I learned in this book. It's called How To Make Money With What You Already Have. It's an incredible episode. Talks about all the stuff that I learned in this book. The host is Donald Miller. I didn't know who Donald Miller was up until recently, but over the last 12 months, this is totally by coincidence. It was all separate people. They said, you have to check out Donald Miller. He's amazing. So I'm happy that he's part of HubSpot's Podcast Network. You can check it out, Business Made Simple Podcast. It's where he coaches you on how to build your business like an airplane, where the cockpit is your leadership, the body is your overhead, the right engine is your marketing, the left engine is your sales. You have to check it out. This guy's amazing. It's called Business Made Simple with Donald Miller.
Like they used a thumbnail that I looked stupid or a title that made me sound like an idiot. And I was like, Ben, I don't like that. He goes, oh, you thought that selling out to the algorithm was going to feel good?
All right, we're live, let's do this.
You wanna get right into Twitter or no?

Yeah, let's get into Twitter.

**Sam Parr** (1:31)
Wait, let me tell you something really quick. I just remembered, I was gonna tell you about this. I did a body fat scan the other day, yesterday.
Bad news for all of us, man.

**Shaan Puri** (1:43)
Why, what happened?

**Sam Parr** (1:44)
I was 15%.

**Shaan Puri** (1:47)
Why is that for all of us? Because if you're 15% and I'm 30%-

**Sam Parr** (1:50)
If I'm 15%, yeah, if I'm 15%, like that sucks for everyone else. I felt like I was 11

**Shaan Puri** (1:57)
That's just because people bullshit, people are like, oh, I'm 6% body fat. And then doctors are like, no, you are not 6% body fat. You would be sick if you were 6% body fat. That's just not the case.
So I think what people say is 6% to 8% body fat is actually 12 to 15, or 12 to 14 or something like that. And so I think 15 is great. I was 26 last time I did a DEXA scan, 26, 27, something like that.
And my goal was, actually, I don't even remember what it was. I think maybe my goal was to get under 25, and I was 28 or something like that.

I was amazed at how high mine was.

**Shaan Puri** (2:30)
I do it every three months.

**Sam Parr** (2:31)
That's good. I was amazed at how high mine was.
Because I don't feel completely ripped, but I feel fit. I don't have a stomach anymore. And it was still 15 I was shocked by that.

**Shaan Puri** (2:43)
We've all seen the picture. If you go to my Twitter, we've all seen the picture. You're ripped. You're actually the perfect amount of ripped because there's an obnoxious ripped where if you look like, oh man, this guy just, he's just, it's like a girl who's got hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail extensions, and tons of makeup caked on. It's like, oh, they're sort of trying too hard. And it's like a high maintenance person that I don't really want. I don't really want to go out to dinner with you because you're just going to order broccoli and raw chicken or whatever.
So you're the right amount where it's like, oh, he might live an active lifestyle.
Maybe he surfs, and maybe that's why. It doesn't look like someone who is like, gym bro who just lives in the gym four hours a day and everything centers around that in their life.

**Sam Parr** (3:29)
Well, the point is, is that it just shocked me at 15%. But I just wanted to let you know that that happened. Let's talk about, all right, so we're going to talk about-

**Shaan Puri** (3:37)
You're officially canceled as a fitness influencer. You can't be a fitness influencer at 15%.

I know, 12 is okay. Anything above 12, I got to get my shit together. Let's talk-
