This new Hermes Agent Kanban board builds and implements itself, and it just changed everything. Most people are still dragging cards around to do lists, doing all their work themselves, forgetting their ideas, and going back and forth inside ChatGPT like it's 2023 That is over because what I'm about to show you is a self-driving Kanban board powered by Hermes Agent, where you drop one idea and a whole team of AI agents on the planet, build it, and actually ship it for you in one single place, you can come back to it whenever you want. We're talking idea in and finished app out in minutes. That could be a working website, could be a working tool, it could be a working game, could be an app. Build whilst you go off and do something else. And there's one thing I'm going to show you in this video that makes this 10 times more powerful than the old Kanban. So stick with me to the end because this alone is going to change how you get things done forever. Let's get into it. Today I want to show you a powerful way to use the Hermes Kanban that just makes it 10 times better. Now, if you're not familiar with the Hermes Kanban system, basically what you could do previously is you could give it a task and then it would go off, triage the task, set up the to-do list and then implement it like you can see right here. So if we wanted some keyword research, we could just get a whole team of Hermes agents to go off and do the research and then we can come back to it later using Hermes agent. But the problem with that is like it's quite hard to get everything implemented and also there's no human in the loop. So for example, if you give it a task here, how do you see its plan? How do you know it's working on the right things? How do you know it actually understands it? You don't. Whereas for example, what I've actually built over here is basically the Hermes Kanban system, but now we can actually build stuff out. It asks us to approve it first. It uses our Obsidian memory log to build anything and log anything before it finalizes the project. And then also we can see everything that was built in one single place as you can see here, which is pretty amazing. And so this is, I would say Kanban 2 with Hermes Agent to the point where we can build out anything and just go from idea to finished app or finished website or finished idea in just a few clicks. So here's another example. So you can see you can build like games and apps and tools with this as well. And then you can come back to it later and you can visualize it a lot nicer as well. Now, if you're not familiar with Kanban, you can see the full documentation here. So this is basically a multi-agent profile collaboration. It was a new update that came out recently. But the problem is nobody really wants to read through the documentation.
Nobody truly gets his full potential just by going back and forth in the tunnel. And also it's very hard to visualize what you've built with this stuff. Whereas for example, if we use the Hermes Kanban system here and we give it an idea, we're going to get something that's finished very quickly and we can quickly visualize. Let me show you an example here. So if we like a create a new SEO website for OpenClaw, that's a beautiful blog. So we can capture that idea here. And then what it's actually going to do from here is classify the idea itself.
So it's going to build out a plan for that. And then once it's done that, we can shape it. So we can actually click on let the agents shape it and it will build out a plan for the idea. And so it understands what the request is.
Then it starts creating a plan around that. From there, once it's finished planning, you actually give us the idea to approve or reject. So you can see a couple of ideas that we've plugged in already into the human in the loop section here and we can either approve it or reject it. So if we have a look at that SEO blog for OpenClaw here, we've got the idea and it said, here's what it is. Here's how it's going to approach it. It's going to research target keywords, design a website, build the website on a modern stack, add the internal linking strategy, set up analytics, and these are the first milestones for getting it done. Plus, here's who's going to build it. So we've got the research agent, designer, coder, etc. These are all agents, not me creating it. So if we click on approve and build now, it will start to build out the blog for our OpenClaw project.
