This is a $100,000 household. How much you get in EBT?

Amber (0:03)

Like $5,000.

Caleb Hammer (0:04)

Why possibly?

Sean (0:05)

I'm tired of the infidelity.

Caleb Hammer (0:07)

Oh my, are you guys collecting every piece of the infinity stone?

Amber (0:13)

I have a friend named, I talked to.

Sean (0:14)

We were like grabbing each other by the collar.

Caleb Hammer (0:16)

This got big, he threatened to divorce you if you ever did this again.

Amber (0:20)

Okay, well, two could play that game.

Amber (1:12)

My name is Amber. I'm 36

Sean (1:14)

I'm Sean. I'm 31 And we're from Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Amber (1:17)

And this is Financial Audit.

Caleb Hammer (1:20)

No offense, but it is exactly how I would view Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Black. So, Amber, what do you do for a living in Baton Rouge?

Amber (1:30)

I'm a para. Para professional. I teach as aid.

Caleb Hammer (1:34)

Oh, okay. Good. I don't think that's really much money, is it?

Amber (1:37)

If I'm not mistaken.

Caleb Hammer (1:38)

No, it's not. Okay. Well, what do you make?

Amber (1:41)

About $25,000 a year. Yeah.

Caleb Hammer (1:45)

That's nothing. Why are you doing that job?

Amber (1:48)

Because I love kids and I want to school.

Caleb Hammer (1:50)

Careful. Especially all the women teachers lately.

Amber (1:54)

I mean. Tutors. Yeah.

I love my job. I love my job. You hate your job. I love my job. You're miserable. I love my job.

Caleb Hammer (2:04)

Ah, that's good. That's good. We love that. Your job doesn't love you. They're not paying you $h.

Get a better job. Love kids in a different way.

Amber (2:14)

I know.

Caleb Hammer (2:15)

In a way that pays more.

Amber (2:17)

Well, teaching.

Caleb Hammer (2:19)

Okay.

Amber (2:20)

I want to school for teaching.

Caleb Hammer (2:21)

Oh, okay. Well, that's good. So this Para, what does that come out to per paycheck?

Amber (2:28)

About $1,900 per paycheck. Okay. So I get paid monthly.

Monthly.

Caleb Hammer (2:32)

Oh, okay. $1,900. So you paid over the summer?

Amber (2:37)

Yes.

Caleb Hammer (2:37)

You evenly split it.

Amber (2:39)

I get summer off and I'm off for all the holidays and everything.

Caleb Hammer (2:42)

Yeah. Well, yeah, most people are off in the holidays, but yeah, that is true. And you're getting paid $25,000 a year. So I don't know if I'd be celebrating the summer off. Sounds like you're getting compensated for that. But Sean, what do you do? Please, please. Good job. Cause this $25,000, I think that's the lowest like actually salary we've had on the show.

Amber (3:00)

I was going to pay less than that actually before I got this job.

Caleb Hammer (3:02)

So you've been paid less than the less. That is not a good thing.

Amber (3:05)

And it's not.

Caleb Hammer (3:06)

For 36, that's actually a really, really bad thing. But Sean, please, please.

Sean (3:11)

I am an engineer intern for a transportation.

Caleb Hammer (3:14)

Damn it, what did you have to say? Intern? Engineer, I got excited.

Sean (3:17)

Got a little boner, but okay. It's the process of getting my engineer license. I have my first stage, which technically makes you an intern. Okay. Once I get that second stage, I can fully say that I am an engineer.

Caleb Hammer (3:27)

Okay, okay, cool. Well, how long is this interning before we can get actual-

Sean (3:32)

It's a full-time job.

Caleb Hammer (3:34)

No, I know, but when do you get to be engineer, not intern?

Sean (3:37)

I have about three more years until I can get that.
