In this video, I'm going to show you how these secret Claude skills are gonna generate more revenue for you. So this is not AI theater, this is not talking about how it can be your personal assistant. It's much more than that. One of these skills, by the way, saved me $500,000 just by using it the very first time. Let's get into it. So we are in the AI GitHub repo that I'm giving you for free. So if we see over here, this is open source Claude Code skills for marketing and sales teams. By the way, I added in a finance one over here, which we'll get to, the one that saved me 500 grand the first time I used it. These aren't prompts. These are complete workflows. These are scripts, scoring algorithms, expert panels, automation pipelines that you can plug into your Claude, your Claude Code, your Claude skills. Really anything that uses skills.mb, you can use that, right? And this is very portable. Anybody can use this, okay? And the thing is this, we have different categories here. So there's 21 skills in all here. One category is growth engine, one is sales pipeline, one is content ops, one is outbound engine, one is SEO ops, and one is finance ops, okay? I'm gonna go through a couple of them so you start to understand what you can do with these. And these are the skills that I've actually used myself. So I actually was working with my open call yesterday. I was like, hey, I want to make a video where we talk about the most interesting skills that we use. And it came up with all these, anonymize all the data, and literally I have marketing. So by the way, a little meta thing that you can do, look, at the very bottom of these, we have call to actions for the businesses that have. We have single brain over here, we have single brain, and then we have our newsletter down here. We have that for all the pages. So what I want to call out here is you can see some of the key skills, right? So maybe we'll go through growth engine first, we have autonomous marketing experiments that run, measure, and optimize themselves. Who doesn't want that? Nobody wants to manage these experiments. Nobody wants to come up with these new ideas. People, we just want to manage these things that do the things for us, right? So you look at the key skills here, experiment engine, pacing alerts, weekly scorecard. Let's just go into it. Let's see what we got here, okay? The very first one. My very first skill is based on Andrej Karpathy's auto research. So auto research was based on him being able to run AI experiments every night. So every five minutes or so, there'll be a new experiment running, okay? And obviously, you're going to need a lot of data to play with. And when it comes to marketing experiments though, if it's coming to real time data, sometimes you're not going to collect that data for a very long time. What we did was we created a growth engine that you can use that sometimes might use Karpathy's auto research, but we have an auto growth engine. So if we're sending a ton of emails at scale, or if we're spending a lot of money for our client, that's when we can run auto growth because we're having real data. Or if we need more synthetic data, maybe for pre-testing or post-testing, then we can use auto research. So this growth engine decides which one that we use, okay? So they'll know which one to use at the right time. So what you get here is you create an A-B test of 10 different variants with different hypotheses. We have real statistical rigor here, non-vives, and so you can just go through this as well. Auto playbook. Winners automatically promote to a living playbook of empirically proven best practices, and then we have a weekly scorecard, and they're a pacing alert to show how we're doing, okay? And by the way, these skills, you can fork into your own repo, and then they'll be, oh. I don't know how to use a repo. I'm non-technical. It's okay. I'm non-technical too. I don't know how to code, but a repo is just a repository where you store your information, right? And this is how we're going to work more in the future. We're all going to be using GitHub a lot more, and it tells you how to set this stuff all up, your first experiment. There's a README for this as well. There's a skill.md file that you can look at. And so everything that you need, by the way, if you wanted your Claude Code to just run this, you would just copy this repo, okay? Just growth engine over here, and I'll just make a copy of this, and just go ahead, have at it, and have it work for you, okay? So that's how you want to run this stuff ultimately, and there's different commands that you can use to create these different playbooks. And when you have these skills, they'll know when to use these, okay? So experiment score, you can see. Oh, we saw this lift over here. This looks pretty good. Here's the content playbook that we're using. Here's the format. Here's the hook style. It's contrarian. Here's the auto-growth weekly scorecard. Maybe you send this through email. Maybe you send this through Slack. Here's the pacing alert. And then here's the loop, right? We'll hypothesize, we'll experiment, we'll analyze, we'll promote, or discard. We'll suggest next, okay? Here's the statistical methods that we're using. So everything that you need is in here, and if you want to customize it for your own purposes, you can do that. And the way to work with this too, okay, you plug it into Claude and it's like, oh yeah, these skills, we can use them, okay? Well, help me plan this out. Ask me clarifying questions in terms of how we would use these skills as it relates to my goals, which you know what they are. Then they'll ask you clarifying questions, and now, boom, you have custom skills that you can use that have been proven already. So that's an example of how you can just get going with this. And you can see, here's a project structure we have over here. There's an experiment engine, right? There's a reporting generator. Like all these things are organized. Like this is the folder structure that's in here, skill.md, which the Claude Code or Claude will read, and data, right? So, and by the way, again, you can put, when you make these skills from a marketing standpoint, you can put call to actions at the bottom. That's the benefit that you get from it. And everyone wants these right now. When you share them on LinkedIn, when you share them on X, everyone wants these. So I think you should actually open source the stuff that you're doing, and don't try to hide this, because this will actually attract people to join your company. If you want an AI native marketing firm, look no further than Single Rain. Most people right now, working in a stone age, not us. When we think about using agents to supercharge our work in terms of pumping out higher quality content creative at scale, whether it's on the ad creative side or on the AEO side, that is exactly what we do. When it comes to being proactive, thinking ahead, using the latest products to help us be more efficient, so we can work on human things and we can offload the robot things to robots. That's exactly what we do. Go to singlegrain.com to learn more. I will see you on the other side. I'm going to show you one on finance ops over here. This is the one that saved us 500 grand. Okay? This one you can see, okay, your AI CFO that finds hidden costs in 30 minutes. That's amazing. I want that. And here's the thing, that 500 grand that was saved for us, it would have taken us probably three to four weeks, at least $10,000 in spend to get that type of analysis done. And you can do it now, right here. By the way, if your bookkeeping software has an API, you can hook it into that and it'll do it for you. Now in this case, QuickBooks API takes forever. Okay, you need to actually get the approval for it. There's bill.com. We were actually using pretty antiquated software now. Now I'm like, oh, we should just move off to something else to have it manage our P&L. A very forward company might be like Ramp, for example, like you can access everything through API. Okay, look, they'll ask you for your P&L, your balance sheet, your general ledger. I'll give an executive financial summary. With traffic lights, that is indicator. So what's green? What's yellow? What's red? Red, you really got to fix, right? Profitability analysis, people cost breakdown. So for us, it's like, dude, you're doing all this AI stuff right now, but your software costs are like backwards. And then like you're spending way too much over here. You need to cut over here. And it's identifying everything. It's like, it's asking me questions too. And I'm going back and forth with it, right? And then it'll give you a, it'll show you what's an anomaly. It'll show you month over month comparisons. It'll show you scenario modeling. So I really like this, because I want to understand projection wise, how I'm going to do baseball bare case in the next 12 months or so, or the next 36 months or so. So I have a forecast, right? And you can get that definitely. I'm not saying you shouldn't have a CFO or like a controller at the very least. You should, but if they don't know how to use this stuff, you cannot hire them. Or if they're on your team and they don't know how to use this stuff, uh oh, right? I'll just leave it at that. So look, you can run the CFO analysis. I'll show you how things are going over here. Gross margin, net margin, people cost, tool subscription cost, and then client concentration, right? Wait, by the way, where are services business? If we have one client that's over 25%, that is way too risky for us. We've got to de-risk that, right? Cash runway. Yeah, you definitely need to have more than three months of cash runway. That's why we do a 10 week cashflow forecast, but that's for another video. Now you can see the file structure here. Again, this isn't like a walk in the park. You actually need to be doing stuff within your agents. And then you'll start to organize this all for you. And then you can share this with your team. You can share this with other people out there, but this is how we all end up growing a lot faster, right? So, you know, adjust this for your business size. You know, a 500K startup has different healthy ranges than a $10 million agency. So again, you're going to have to, when you install this, just say, hey, like, this is the size that we're at right now. Please ask me clarifying questions so you can be the most useful to helping me hit my goals. That's all it is. I'm going to show you one more example here, because again, there are 21 skills here. I'm not going to go through every single thing, but let's say we want to look at like, like an outbound engine over here. So for sales, right? What the cold outbound optimizer does is AI outbound engine. So from ICP definition to emails and inbox, fully automated cold outbound, okay? The skill category handles the complete cold outbound pipeline, defining your ideal customer profile, writing expert scored email sequences. So if every single sequence that we're looking at creating, it'll form an expert panel. Now, within this expert panel, it's depending on what you're trying to sell, it'll form the 10 best sales copywriters, the 10 best persuasion experts, and then they'll score it recursively on a scale of zero to 100 It'll keep making you new sequences until it's the 90 plus, and then and only then will you review the sequences. That way it saves you a lot of time and effort, right? You should still be reviewing it as a human, but it does get you a lot closer in terms of having production grade sequences that you can push out there. Sourcing and verifying leads, deduplicating against existing campaigns, uploading to your email platform, and monitoring the competitive landscape. So I showed in another video where I'm actually working with this, but I'm actually having it source the emails and say, hey, here's what our ICP is. Here's what we're looking for. This is how you work with the stuff. You work with the stuff inside of Slack, inside of Telegram. Even your iMessage, you can work inside of it, right? Or you can work inside of Claude with this too. No excuse not to use this stuff. This is the new way of working. You're a smart person if you're watching this right now. Just go do it, right? You go do it, you watch X, you see what people are doing, you're seeing all of them do this cool stuff. Why can't you do it, right? So that's why I'm sharing this stuff with you right now. Look, the lead pipeline, all these dependencies, all this stuff you set up. Guess what? Like, I don't know how to do this stuff. Again, guys, just hit the copy button over here, okay? Just hit copy and say, hey, can you set this up for me? And then ask me clarifying questions and then just go? That's all you're trying to do because I ain't going to read all this stuff. You don't want to read the other stuff. You just want to know that it's useful and it's being used right now. That's all I got to say. You might want to understand, okay, if you're using Claude, you're using Claude Code right now. Every category includes a skill.md. So the skill.md is that's the core thing that Claude or Claude Code will look at. That's a markdown file. We'll read them. I don't know how to use them. It's pretty clear, right? And then you just say, hey, run an experiment, testing carousel versus static posts on LinkedIn. So I have so many different skills that my agents are using right now that form different carousels. I even have a meme template right now, too. So literally, this is one of the skills that we have. It will look through all of my long-form content and it will come out. We call this the meme factory. So what does it say right now? Everyone asks how to use AI. Here's how AI replaced $1,000, replaced $27,000 of work per month. And I haven't even shared this yet, because I don't have enough time. Like I actually need to hand this off to the brand team to use. I built this entire system. I don't know how to code. You pay $200 a month. You know, these AI companies are subsidizing $5,000 in tokens. I actually think this is pretty good. It's not that bad, right? But my point is literally any of these things you want to make into skills and then have other people use it and then open up the repo. If you're a marketer, open up the repo for other people. It's going to drain more awareness for your brand, and hopefully you drive more awareness and you drive more leads for your business. This is how all this stuff works. I encourage you, use the hell out of these AI skills. We're going to add more to this repo over time, and it's going to be great for you. By the way, if you're interested in this stuff and you want us to build it for you, we build enterprise revenue agents. Just go to singlebrain.com, singlebrain.com. So now that you've seen this, it's important for you to know how to actually work with AI, where you get the maximum benefit. There's a whole video I made that shows me doing real work with an AI, how I'm going back and forth with it, and how you can do the same thing too. So you can check out that video over here, and we'll see you there.
