Oil predictions on our favorite lit round picks. That's what we're talking about today on RotoViz Overtime. Hopefully, we're getting you set up for your fantasy football season. Whether you have your drafts done or you're about to draft, the players we talk about today are ones that you can either target during the season or draft in the coming days to set your roster up for success. You can also listen to our bold takes and tell us if we're right, if we're wrong, or if we're completely out of our minds as we go ahead and talk about some of these players. Our team so far is Brock Byers, Kenneth Walker, Ze Flyers, Garrett Wilson, Juderion Price, Lamar Jackson, DK. Metcalf, RJ. Harvey, Shawn Stribling and Bo Nix. Shawn, when we finished up that last part of the pick of Bo Nix, we were thinking, should we go for Matthew Golden? Should we potentially go for a couple of other wide receiver options the like of Mackay Lemon? We did not take that decision. We took Bo Nix. Since that, Golden did go off the board, Stefan Diggs, Michael Pittman, Casey Concepcion who would have been in the conversation as well, Alec Pearce and Terrence Ferguson getting drafted in the early 11th. So we're seven picks away. We'll see who comes back.

Bo Nix, Shawn is kind of, I guess we could say our boy, but he's our boy in a way that we are like, yeah, he is, but mainly in the fourth quarter, he's really our guy.

Can we get the bold prediction to be that what we see in the fourth quarter of contests is what we see in the fourth quarter in true writing. Bo Nix just becomes a model of efficiency and this Broncos offense turns into kind of 2013 Peyton Manning, you know, greatest show on turf second time around.

Shawn Siegele (2:27)

No, no, not that, but what we can get is a further step forward. You look at Bo Nix, where he is with touchdowns through two seasons, where he is with wins. We would quite possibly be talking about the Denver Broncos, the Super Bowl champions, where he doesn't get hurt at the end of their victory over the Buffalo Bills. This season, they want the offense to carry its fair share, which means they've got to play with more urgency. It sounds like more up tempo is at least partially in the cards, some drives going that direction. They have made the move to get Jalen Waddle Waddle a little bit overhyped and certainly, I think, overvalued in fantasy. But you can be the guy who unlocks an offense without scoring so many points that you actually hit your price in fantasy football. That's probably what Waddle does for this particular team. And when you look at it from that perspective, when you think about year two for RJ Harvey, when you think about year two for Pat Bryant, the things that they're talking about with Waddle and Bryant are also very different than what we got last year from the receivers. You watch these games with the Broncos.

Obviously, Bo Nix makes some mistakes, but he also was very effective for them in terms of leading to the win. What he didn't have was the receivers behind him.

That may be substantially upgraded in 2026 And we want to be careful about thinking that a disappointing year two means that the thesis was wrong. So Colm, before we get to the actual bowl prediction there, Mackay Lemon doesn't quite get back, but Xavier Worthy is here and he seems like an easy pick to not miss on.

Colm Kelly (4:18)

Yeah, and I'm just going to ask you this before we make the pick. Your priority here as Shawn clicks the button before the comment is even out of my mouth. I was going to ask is, you know, Worthy coming back five picks versus taking Keaton Mitchell at that point, your priority? The answer was resounding yes.

Shawn Siegele (4:37)

Yeah, no, I think you've got to have Worthy there with what he gives you. Now, one of the things that we are looking at for 2026 is that there are a lot more compelling late receiver selections than there are running backs. So getting back into this next pick is very likely to be that running back selection. Xavier Worthy is also someone who really kind of closes the wide receiver window. The next names are players like an injured Jordan Tyson, Jacobi Meyers, Devo Samuel, Romeo Dobbs.
