Hi everyone, welcome back. I hope you're all doing well. So back in the late 2010s, a man was becoming very popular on the internet. And why was he becoming popular? Well, unfortunately, it was all to do with the Manosphere. And this was a man named Lyndon MacLeod. He had just released a book on the Manosphere, spreading his hateful ideology. He then made a ton of podcast appearances, gathered a huge following. He started going by the self-proclaimed title as the supreme alpha male. And frustratingly, he was actually really popular. He did have quite a big following. He was an influencer, and people were hanging off of his every word. You can still find videos of him spouting all of his nonsense.

Most guys would kill for a virgin bride. Yeah. I personally would.
It's the number one trait. I was alone in the wilderness for years, abandoned by my tribe.
Danielle Kirsty (1:54)
In a literal sense.
SPEAKER_2 (1:55)
Literally. Like, no joke.

However, there is one thing you should know about Lyndon, and it should be no surprise really given the kind of person he is, but he was not a nice person. He was actually a monster. He was a narcissist. He was arrogant, lazy. He was very entitled. He thought that everything should just be handed to him because he was a supreme alpha male. And then another thing that you need to know about Lyndon is that he held a grudge against anybody that wronged him. But the thing is, the people that he had a grudge against didn't actually wrong him. It was so petty and pathetic who he would hold a grudge against. And he took these grudges seriously and combined with the fact that he is a narcissistic abuser. He is so arrogant and entitled. It was a recipe for disaster because he wanted to take revenge out on every single person that he thought had wronged him in life. And it all ended in absolute terrible consequences. And that is what we are going to be talking about today. So let's jump in. Lyndon MacLeod was born on the 7th of January, 1974, making him a Capricorn. And he spent most of his life living in Denver, Colorado, where the rest of today's case takes place. And it's said that Lyndon's childhood was pretty disturbed. He grew up in a military family that traveled all over the place. And he actually spent a lot of time overseas. He then eventually went to high school in Ohio. However, it's said that Lyndon struggled to make friends. He never felt settled, and he was always getting into trouble with the police. He was then in quite a serious motorbike accident at some point, which took him a long time to recover from. And from this motorbike accident, he was taking a lot of opioids to cope with the pain. And this led him to have an opioid dependency. And then by the time we get to 1999, Lyndon is in his mid-twenties. He is battling with his substance abuse. This is when Lyndon moves away from his parents' home. And where does he go?
Well, he joins a cult.
I'm like, what the hell? He joins a cult. So this cult was known as Zendik Farm, and it was pretty much your stereotypical cult. And if I'm being completely honest, Lyndon himself almost seems like a cult leader, like he has that kind of personality, but he has joined a cult. And I can't help but think him joining this cult really did make Lyndon into the Lyndon McLeod that we have in the rest of today's case. I really do think this cult and the ideologies and just the way of life really did mold the way he thought. So this cult, like pretty much every single cult, claimed to be starting a revolution to save humans from inevitable death. It was very like Doomsday, just stereotypical cult. Their slogan was, stop bitching and start a revolution. And they would go around handing out T-shirts and pamphlets trying to promote their little cult. And they did target mostly younger people to join their cult. And also in stereotypical cult fashion, they were obsessed with sex. They had strict rules about sex. The cult leaders would go around assigning who would be having sex with who. Members could only have sex at the cult leaders' instructions, and everyone ended up having sex with everyone. And it is said that Lyndon only joined this cult because he wanted to have sex with a particular girl, and that girl was in the cult. So that's literally the only reason why he's even joined the cult, because he's chasing a girl. But anyway, I don't know if he got the girl.
