Welcome to The Hannafesters, The Manifesters, and anybody new. I'm so grateful to have you in my space. So today, I want to talk about how I've been able to manifest on hyper speed lately. And you guys know that I do not gatekeep. I like to share all of my information with you as I get it, as I'm implementing it, because I can't keep these secrets to myself, right? At the beginning of every year, I always create and write down big manifestations for 2026, and I usually create a vision board to match. And what I realized is that method is a little bit flawed, and I will share with you why and how I've been able to manifest even more this year in the first three months of the year than I feel like I have in all of 2025 This year, I decided to do something different.
And start writing down monthly manifestations. So I would write monthly manifestations, like for January, for February, for March, in my journal. And then I would also put them somewhere where I could see them. So they're on my fridge right now, too, because I think seeing them every day is really important. And then I share them with my husband, too, so that I'm accountable to him. I would always set yearly manifestations, always create a vision board. And then it would feel like those manifestations just felt super big. And of course, if a manifestation feels big, our brain is not actually going to allow us to move towards that manifestation because it's so unfamiliar. It's seen as scary, and it's seen as a huge energy expenditure to the brain. So I started doing these mini manifestations. So for January, for February, and for March, I've been setting like two stretchy goals per month. And it's been wild because they've been manifesting like hyper speed. I've been ticking off the box every month. So already this year, I've manifested going viral on social media three times. For the first time, I've had my account public for maybe like three years. I have not gone viral yet. I've gone viral three times this year since January. I also manifested a new car, which has been a really fun identity upgrade. And I also manifested a five-figure day in my business. That's just the beginning, you guys. So it's really been working. And I know that part of it, setting these mini manifestations towards my goals, it might seem like, duh, like always chunk your goals down, but it really has created so much more momentum. And I think the science behind that is, it seems more manageable to the mind, but also I'm starting to stack wins, and that win energy is so powerful when it's embedded into your aura. The wins come quicker, obviously, when you break your manifestations and goals down, but then you literally start to create success quicker and you start to expect success. So then all of a sudden, you're walking around, feeling all this magic, this momentum. You're feeling this success energy, which of course attracts more reasons to feel successful. I feel like the value of a manifestation fulfilled cannot be overstated. It has such a high energetic ROI, return on investment, because when you train yourself to consistently have desires fulfilled, it leads you to more desires fulfilled. So even just like setting something small, a small manifestation, like maybe this month, you want to create an extra thousand dollars in your business or you want to manifest an extra thousand dollars. Like, yes, maybe you want to have a million dollar a year, but that's going to freak out your brain. But if you start with a thousand, then you prove to yourself that you can easily manifest a thousand dollars in your business or into your bank account out of the blue. Then you start really believing that you can do this over and over. I have a friend, and she's not in the best financial situation right now. But recently, somebody reached out to her and was like, hey, can I pay you $150 for an hour of your time? And I think, you know, she's on her way to becoming a millionaire. That's kind of what I see for her long term. Just her having that quick win really upped her magnetism, it upped her enthusiasm, it upped her energy. And now she's in this place where, yes, of course, I get paid for my work. Yes, my seven-figure business is on the way, obviously. But just getting that win of $150 really creates so much power and momentum. Another reason that this works, setting these monthly goals, is because we always expand or contract to fit the container that we're in. And that can work for us or against us. And I'll give you guys an example. So when my husband and I moved from New York City to Southern California, we literally doubled our apartment size. Like the square footage of our apartment doubled. And with our new apartment, I now have my very own walk-in closet. Obsessed. So when we first moved in, because I was moving my stuff from my smaller New York City apartment, when I put my clothes in and all my things and shoes and whatnot, it didn't fill the whole walk-in closet. And I don't feel like I'm accumulating or consuming clothes, shoes, bags, whatever, at a higher rate than I was when I lived in New York. If anything, I feel like I buy those things less because New York was much more of a material era for me. But wouldn't you know that my walk-in closet is now completely filled to the brim? And that is because we will always expand to fit the spaces that we're in. So put yourself in expansive places. Here's another example. If you get a book deal and your publisher says you have one year to write this book, you are going to take that entire year to write the book. But if your publisher says you have three months to do this, you're going to get it done in three months. So you can create momentum by putting these monthly goalposts up for yourself. And I feel like that's been part of the magic for me. That's created so much momentum towards my manifestation so far this year. So if you say, I want a million dollar a year in 2026, your brain is going to freak out if that's a really big disparity from where you're currently at. It's just too steep a gradient for your brain and body to get on board with going from where you're at now to a million dollars a year. If there is a huge delta between the two. But if you think, okay, well, what about a $50,000 a month? Or what if I put the goal to make $50,000 in the next three months? Then your brain can get on board. Then you can start stacking those wins. Then you can start putting that winning energy into your aura. And it really works like magic. The more unfamiliar a goal is, the more the brain will reject it. And why does this happen? Well, even though our brains make up 2% of our overall body weight, it conserves 20% of our energy and calories. So our brains are really energy guzzlers. They're calorie guzzlers. So if something seems new and unfamiliar out of our autopilot, the brain is going to be like, no way, I need to conserve energy. I don't want to spend all my energy on something brand new like that. So that's why a new home or a big spike in your business or meeting your soulmate, your brain is not going to even let you see opportunities that could lead you to that because it's trying to conserve energy.
