You're about to listen to The Late-Round Fantasy Football Show, which originally aired on YouTube. If you'd like to catch the show live this off-season, you can head to The Late-Round Fantasy Football YouTube channel, youtube.com/atlateroundff. We'll be live each Wednesday at noon Eastern. Without further ado, here's this week's episode.

Welcome in, welcome in. David Kitchen, mere employee of LateRound's media. Here with JJ, the guy who started The Late-Round media brand, JJ.

That's what we say. I'm trying to pull up the tweet of the critique that we got, and I wanna, I'm pulling it up because I want to, yeah, here it is, ready?
I want to address this straight on. I don't want to hide from what people are saying out there, right? Says, this is from at legsbenny on Twitter. Love the LateRound QB, at LateRound QB podcast. Thanks, as I do on the mailbag episodes. But please stop dropping your titles in the open. It's so cringe and navel gazing. I'm the COO and he's the CEO. Literally, no one else does this and it's for a reason. We don't care that you are C-suite and you're three man company. LOL. Love you guys. All right. We're addressing this. Guys, we're not being serious with that intro. We know. We're fully aware that we are a three person company and we are not saying this.
**David Kitchen** (1:49)
Yeah.
**JJ** (1:49)
A brag about being C-level employees. This whole kitchen is three person company. Yeah.
**David Kitchen** (1:56)
I'm saying, I mean, JJ, I'm dead serious. I say just in case my mom is tuning in and she's like, that's my boy. So yeah.
**JJ** (2:06)
No, I just look, I know that when feedback comes in, the way where my brain goes is always like, oh my God, I hope that no one else is thinking this. So I'll try to quote, I'll tweet it and just like address it just that people are on the same page and no, and similar to like any analysis that I do. And with this, guys, please don't take it seriously. Please don't. Now we're going to have to lean into it more too. But don't take it seriously. This is not a very, this is not a serious show. We're not doing anything incredibly important. We're just talking ball. We're just talking fantasy football. And this show in particular is more casual than what you're going to get with the intense Late-Round Podcast at times.
**David Kitchen** (2:47)
Yeah. It's like when JJ does the mailbag episode, you know, and he does the thanks for tuning in is a little different. You know, you've got to think sometimes things are just a tad bit, you know, just more casual, more relaxed. So JJ, I said that I would be your left-hand man or your right-hand man. Gidula and I would have to fight over, you know, which title, but then people would think that you had issues with your hands and you needed help.
**JJ** (3:17)
So yeah, I mean, also, I'm just like, I got away from all of that just so you guys know, you know, and to be transparent here, I left all of that to start this company because I cannot say, you know, my wife still works in corporate and she doesn't, you know, she likes her job and it just turns me off beyond belief. Like I do not want to care or put any thoughts into titles. I cannot even explain to you guys how just stupid all of that is to me.
**David Kitchen** (3:53)
Yeah, I love when you get a new title and it's like you get a promotion in name only or in title only. That was always my favorite. Yeah, I could pay you anymore, but.
**JJ** (4:05)
But now we're going to call you something different and it's going to be really cool. You know, you're going to update.
**David Kitchen** (4:10)
We just re-org and you get to update your LinkedIn. Congrats.
**JJ** (4:14)
Well, you're going to have the same title here for a while. So that's just the way it is.
**David Kitchen** (4:18)
Better than Tyler Emo Cowboy says he gets his analytic senior support title. He wants to know when he gets that. Sorry, Tyler. It might be a while for that. I will say we've had some reviews come in already from The Late-Round Prospect Guide, JJ. Good stuff. People are saying good things. You should feel good about all the work you did, all those late nights you did because people enjoy it.
We have 170 something pages of content for this year's Prospect Guide.
**JJ** (4:56)
Yeah. I'm proud of it. I think it's the best one yet. The addition of Brandon doing all the tight end write ups and us working on that model this off season. I think that's going to hopefully yield good results as well. But yeah, I mean, it's always a fun project to put together and it's always a really nice thing to finish and feel good about afterwards.
