Are you looking for a beach read this summer?

May I suggest your big wireless bill? It's got suspense, mystery, a slightly flat emotional arc and a shocking twist where you realize you've been overpaying the entire time.

Fortunately, though, Mint's story is better.

Welcome to Sharp Football Analysis, I'm Warren Sharp, and today we're going to be running through a number of topics that have caught my eye over the last several days. Obviously, Kyler Murray just got announced as a starting quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals, we're going to hit on that. The commander's loss of left tackle, Laremy Tunsil, big deal, we're going to touch on that as well. The whole Patch Mahomes versus Josh Allen debate, who is the best quarterback of the last decade, we're going to hit on that. We're going to talk about the Bill Stadium, some of the sight lines, some of the issues that they had there. With the fan reaction to the first game that was played at the stadium itself. Some of the quarterbacks that came on last year that are being discussed as potential MVP candidates or players that are just really relevant right now. I want to urge a word of caution on some of those players based upon what we saw at the end of last season. A really important quarterback skill, which is sack avoidance, which quarterbacks did it the best or worst last year, and what might change in 2026 And then last but not least, we will bring in Rich Hribar to talk about Christian McCaffrey and Patrick Mahomes, talk about where he's ranked these two players and how important they're going to be and play into the 2026 fantasy football season. Big show. Let's get started.
And we're back. All right, guys, quick programming note before we get started here. You know, last year, this show was a massive success. We over doubled our subscriber base and I was primarily focusing and joining this show during the season once a week. I was doing our Friday betting show, which we recorded Thursday afternoon, Thursday evening after Thursday night football game, delivering hits. We had some guests. We were talking college football. We were sharing college football best bets. We were talking NFL props with Rich Hribar. We were talking NFL referees with our ref analyst, Joe Gibbs. Then of course, I was giving my best bet. Those went 17 wins, only three losses, 85%. Obviously, this is part of the reason why a lot of you guys were tuning in. The biggest reaction that we got after the season, when we asked some people who are listening, who are subscribed to the show, what do you want to see us do in 2026? The biggest thing that people wanted was more of me on shows more frequently, not just on Friday. Bring me on more throughout the week. So, we are in the process of working our 2026 schedule, but rest assured that one idea that we have is more shows, potentially up to three per week, with me being on the shows every single episode that we do during the season. So, if that's something that you guys want to see, you want to see a little bit more analysis, you want to see more shows throughout the week, and you want to see me a little bit more heavily featured on those shows, make sure you give us a thumbs up to this episode. If you could comment the word yes in the comments to let us know this is what you're looking for. And also make sure if you're not already to be subscribed to the channel, because, you know, we like numbers around here, and I want to share an interesting factoid that 68% of the people that are watching this show on this channel are not actually subscribed to the channel. If you're one of them and you find yourself watching our shows each week, take a second, hit that subscribe button, give us a thumbs up. It will go a long way to helping us, and also it's going to help you because we're going to be delivering a ton of actionable information, just like we're doing in this episode. All right, first and foremost, let's talk a little bit about the commander's loss of Laremy Tunsil. And this is a big factor. He is their starting left tackle. When he was acquired by the commanders, it was a big deal. It was something that I was really in favor of. I was very excited for the upside that the passing attack was going to have with a solid left tackle. And I don't just mean a solid left tackle. We are talking about consistently, arguably the best single left tackle in the game. Here are some statistics. Laremy Tunsil's pass blocking grade over the last four years.
