I'm gonna go over to my Lead Gen system. Hey dude, I want you to run the lead, STR Lead Gen system for a market. Let's do Fort Myers, Florida. I wanna find 10 underperforming Airbnbs, and I wanna get their information. So that's it, that's my prompt. So I pulled this earlier today. I did Destin, Florida, because it's a pretty good market. So what we did is we came in and we looked at these properties. So out of 12, it looks like I got 11 confirmed matches. So I know for sure that these are confirmed matches, and they're working. And here it's giving me the data on why they're matching. So I can just kind of take a look at this one here on a specific feature, full length white vinyl fence along the street frontage, with a rectangular pool visible in the rear satellite view, matching the listing fence courtyard.

And it's probably giving us a few details. So that's what it used up to. We built an algorithm that's taken a look at the whole snapshot, that's going into Google, looking at the satellite view, looking at the street view, and looking at this house every way that we can. And then we're comparing it with the photos and all the information in the listing. And based on that information, you can see here that we're getting some pretty high matches, 11 out of 12 Now, it's giving me enough data to see why it's matching, to confirm the dress. I keep moving on. I get the listing name. I get the Airbnb link. I get the stats. So I only want entire homes, condos, and we can see all of the property stats, their market ADR, what their performance is.

So we have a couple of skip tracers that we're using. This is all automated. We're not using any VAs or anything like that. Then we're getting what the best data is for this group of people. So you can see here in this box, it says best owner name, best phone, clean, and the best email.

So what we want to do is we want to take that and drop it into Go High Level and have these people automatically contacted. But we're going to send you a spy skill. In this spy skill, what it's going to do is it's going to go into your Meta account and it's going to go look for people that are running ads in your market and bring you those ads so you can analyze.

We're going to start off with a little bit of revenue management. But everybody thinks revenue management is a super complex thing. I'm going to show you how simple it can be to get some pretty gnarly data. So today what I want to do is I want to show you guys how easy it is to connect price labs to your Claude code and how easy it is just to pull a report out of it. And you can easily see the statistics and what's going on with your revenue. And I'll show you what I pulled. I'm not going to run it live, but I will show you guys how to connect your price labs.

All right, so this is going to be quick. It's recorded. You guys can fall along if you're around. If not, don't stress about it. We used to do API, but now a lot of them have MCP connectors. And these MCP connectors are a lot easier to connect than dealing with APIs and keys and what not. So we're going to do the easy route. I'm going to show you what kind of data you can pull just by doing this one little trick. So I'm going to go into my settings. All right, now you guys see what's going on. You can see I'm a very heavy Claude code user. Right out of the gate, you can see I use it every single day. It runs my business, but I don't use it to the extent where I don't have to get nitty gritty into it. I just want it to work for me. So this is a lot of agents doing work in the background. And I'll give you a good example. So we're going to go over to settings. You guys are going to scroll down and hit connectors. And then you guys are going to go add connector. From there, I'm going to get into my price labs and show you how you guys connect price labs. So you're going to see me shift screens. I don't want to share my big screen or it's going to just distort everything. But I'm just going to show you how quick we can actually connect your price labs and get some data out of there. Okay. So now that you have your connector open, you guys are going to head over to a browser, head over to price labs. You're going to click the right circle where your name is and then go over to settings. This brings you over to the settings. And then you have API details. You can connect the API. It's a little bit more intricate, but today we're just going to do an AI connector. Let me just disconnect myself here. So you guys are going to see this. You guys have the options to connect to Claude, Grok or ChatGPT. I'm going to connect to Claude. And the only thing they have to do is click on there and it's going to give you a link. That link there, you're going to copy it. And then you're going to go back into your Claude code. I'm going to call this price labs. And then the only thing I'm going to do is literally paste that link right into there and hit continue. It's going to go out and do all the verifications, make sure everything's good. And then one thing that we have to do is get the OAuth client ID. So in order to do that, we're just going to go back to your price labs. And it's actually sitting right here. So you see your client ID, you're going to come and copy that. And then you're going to go and paste it into that box. And that's it.
