On today's Andy & Ari On3, presented by Polymarket. Who is more miserable? Which team that starts with the letter O has a more miserable fan base today? Is it Ohio State? Is it Oregon? Is it Oklahoma? We asked the question, plus your voicemails, believe it or not, they tie into the misery conversation. Plus a voicemail about a person who may be not miserable, but doesn't really know how to feel about that. Another O team, by the way, Oklahoma State. Also, our friend Laurie challenges us to tell the Lane Kiffin story without making him the villain.
All on today's Andy and Ari On3 presented by Polymarket.
We are sponsored by Polymarket. That's right, the world's largest prediction market. All the point spreads and the totals come from Polymarket, where you can stake out a position on your team. If you've got a belief that they're going to win, well, you just say yes to that position. You think they're going to win by three and a half points, you say yes to that position. You're not working against the house with Polymarket, you are working against other folks who have staked out a different position than you. That's why you want to get in the chat. You might want to talk a little trash to them during the game, but it will seem very familiar and it's an awful lot of fun.

Welcome to Andy and Ari On3 presented by Polymarket and Ari, we're trying to figure out what song should soundtrack this show. Producer River suggested Misery by Maroon 5 I had a much better version of Misery and that's the one by Soul Asylum. Frustrated, incorporated.
That describes most fan bases whose school starts with the letter O. So Ohio State, Oregon, Oklahoma, all miserable today. And O, O, O, are you showing your O face, Ari? Oh, Drew, Drew from Office Space.
Ari Wasserman (3:56)
Gotta love a classic movie with a budget that's less than an NIL roster right now.
Andy Staples (4:03)
It's probably less than a good offensive lineman right now.
Ari Wasserman (4:05)
Yeah, I don't know how much the budget was for Office Space, but what a classic and I missed the days where that was a movie. But yeah, I think that this will be an interesting discussion because we do need to dive more into like which fanbases are just in pure hell when it happens because that's honestly I think like what 60% of being a college football fan 40% is rooting for your favorite team and 60% is reveling in the misery of others. Yeah, but I think that the misery of these teams are all for different reasons too.
So I'm excited to get into it because...
Andy Staples (4:33)
Okay, well, let's handicap it right now before we get in because we have voicemails, particularly from the Ohio State fanbase and from the Oregon fanbase. And during games, after games, don't forget to call the Andy and Ari On3 hotline 615-378-8879, 615-378-8879 because the fresh takes, the raw response is what we're looking for. And there's some pretty raw ones in there. But all right, so of those three that we mentioned, Ohio State, Oregon, Oklahoma, who should be the most miserable today?
