Supreme trust, elite hiring, and fierce protection of your own time create an untouchable founder. When you stop taxing your team with your ego, the business explodes. Bottom line, you hired them to do a job. Now get out of their way and let them do it. Protect your time, trust the talent, and lead from the top.
