Brian Cohen (2:45)

I am Brian Cohen. We as always like to host Ali. Ali, how are you?

Ali Lasher (2:51)

That was the worst of both worlds because we got a breath like, oh, like a breath.

SPEAKER_5 (2:59)

It's a deep breath.

Brian Cohen (3:01)

It was me trying to speak and I got cut off because I unmuted it.

SPEAKER_8 (3:04)

And then I just started speaking.

Brian Cohen (3:05)

It remuted me.

Ali Lasher (3:06)

So, you know, you're out of out of sync with the start of the podcast. I'm out of sync with the audience. I'm like, sorry, sorry, sorry to the listeners for enjoying last week's episode.

Brian Cohen (3:20)

And I see a lot of others was the worst. Nothing happened. And then just Ali, like, we leave the comments.

SPEAKER_8 (3:26)

This is my favorite episode. It was it was very funny contrast of the season, not of the challenge.

Ali Lasher (3:32)

And like, sorry, I decided two episodes ago to just like disregard the entire earlier part of the season.

Brian Cohen (3:39)

I mean, like, I had a great time, too. I thought last week was fun. I know no one went home, but I think things happened. Like it was two elimination rounds, one really good one. Sarah came back.

Things happened.

Ali Lasher (3:53)

But let's transition to this episode, because I will say again, like, I feel like if you're on the hater train of the of the season, which like I understand, hater is the wrong word, because like there are very, very valid criticism.

SPEAKER_2 (4:06)

So every season.

Ali Lasher (4:08)

But this episode, I feel like should anger them even more. Like I also enjoyed this episode. And to me, it's a credit to how great the editors can be to take. Like a non decision and make a meal out of it. I don't know. I thought like this episode watched, like when people like say it ate well on like a cooking show, like it watched well. But then when I step back and think about it, I'm like, did it?

Brian Cohen (4:35)

Well, it's funny. We went into this one thinking, and they really set it up this way, like the daily doesn't mean a lot. They're trying to add stakes, right? Like, oh, we know what you want to have control over this one. But Michele's talking about how she's definitely going in. And it really only matters like who she's going up against. I always as it turned out, this daily did have a lot of stakes, especially think about it from Blue and from Orange, from Michele. So I think in the moment we were like, at least I was like glossing over the stakes of this daily, nightly, as you like to call it.
