Look, I'm going to be honest. I was wrong. And you know me, guys. When I'm wrong about something, I'll be the first person to admit it.
When the Robinhood Chain launched, I didn't understand why the Robinhood Chain needed to exist, and I was pretty vocal about it. I said I was struggling to find a reason why the chain exists. I couldn't see anything that Robinhood couldn't do on the Solana Chain. And so I was pretty vocal about it.
But then the chain launched, and after the chain launched, we pretty much have all seen the metrics that have been going on Twitter and everywhere else. They've got over 400,000 holders of real world assets. They've got over $600 million in app deposits. If you look at the actual metrics, nearly $500 million worth of stable coins on the chain.
And the chain is growing from strength to strength.
And so it prompted me to take a much deeper look into the Robinhood Chain. And as I did more and more research, I realized that Robinhood Chain may be one of the best things to ever happen to crypto. I saw this dashboard, which I showed you guys a few days ago, but this dashboard shows that they've got a market cap of $100 billion, but they've got 28 million customers. And they're going to use the chain as an onboarding vehicle to onboard 28 million customers into trading real world assets, trading stocks, trading commodities, trading meme coins, et cetera, et cetera. And so I changed my tune.
I now believe that the Robinhood Chain is maybe one of the best things to ever happen to Crypto. The Robinhood App is an app that you go to, or that users go to, or 28 million users go to, to actually trade stocks. And if we can onboard those people into Crypto, then that could be one of the best onboarding vehicles into Crypto that we've seen in a long time.
