To watch episodes of Financial Audit a week earlier, check us out on YouTube. That lie we caught him in that you didn't know about? Guess what? There's another one he lied to you about.
Shannon (0:38)
Now I'm finding out more, so please do explain.
Caleb Hammer (0:41)
Told my wife I was going to work out of town for a weekend and just stayed in a hotel alone for three days.
Shannon (0:47)
What is that?
Caleb Hammer (0:48)
Do you feel like he resents you?
Shannon (0:49)
Sometimes.
Caleb Hammer (0:50)
Do you guys have kids?
Shannon (0:51)
Yes, we have two kids.
Caleb Hammer (0:53)
Then it's no longer a f***ing joke at that point, my guy. Dude, go put fries in the bag.
Tanner (0:57)
I'm not going to go work at 9 to 5 when I know I've...
Caleb Hammer (1:00)
You refuse.
Tanner (1:01)
I'm refusing only because I've never needed to do that.
Shannon (1:05)
If this is not what you want to do or where you want to be, then you can go.
Caleb Hammer (1:10)

Shannon (2:02)
Hi, I'm Shannon. I'm 36 years old.
Tanner (2:05)
And I'm Tanner. I'm 38 years old. We're from St. Louis, Missouri.
Shannon (2:09)
And this is Financial Audit.
Caleb Hammer (2:11)
Yes, it is. Thanks for coming down. Shannon, you're in front of me. Let's start with you. What do you do for a living in St. Louis, Missouri?
Shannon (2:19)
I am a general manager in the hospitality industry.
Caleb Hammer (2:22)
Sure. We're talking a hotel, an attraction, an attraction in St. Louis. I don't know what's in St. Louis other than having a black man murder you.
Shannon (2:34)
Very common. I'm kidding.
Caleb Hammer (2:37)
That's racist.
Shannon (2:38)
Yes.
Tanner (2:40)
What the f**k?
Caleb Hammer (2:41)
Yes.
Tanner (2:42)
OK.
Caleb Hammer (2:43)
Well, what do you get paid to be racist?
Shannon (2:45)
What's your $78,000 a year?
Caleb Hammer (2:47)
That's a good. Oh, that's a good amount of money to be racist. It's pretty good.
OK. So what does that break down per paycheck basis?
Shannon (2:55)
After tax is about $1,200 per a week.
Caleb Hammer (2:58)
A week?
Shannon (2:59)
A week. Yes.
Caleb Hammer (3:00)
I get paid $1,200 times 52 divided by 12 It's going to average us out to why are you not mute? Do not disturb one of you creatures.
One of your creatures. What do I feel it in the table?
$5,200 a month. First of all, I mean, in St. Louis, not a horribly expensive place because it's a metro in decline. You can do quite well on $5,200 just for the household. I mean, you guys are certainly probably above that Metro's median household. But Tanner, what do you do? We're adding a second person to the household here.
Tanner (3:33)
Yes. Well, I'm an entrepreneur.
Caleb Hammer (3:36)
Okay. F**k me.
Tanner (3:39)
Right now I'm running a security company.
Caleb Hammer (3:41)
Are you? Are you running a security company?
Tanner (3:44)
I am.
Caleb Hammer (3:44)
And what security company are you running?
Tanner (3:46)
So I run Ozark South. I do mainly things, lots of parties, certain bars, contracting.
