For adults with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis symptoms, every choice matters.

Tramfia offers self-injection or intravenous infusion from the start.

Tramfia is administered as injections under the skin or infusions through a vein every four weeks, followed by injections under the skin every four or eight weeks. If your doctor decides that you can self-inject Tramfia, proper training is required. Tramfia is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease and adults with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis. Serious allergic reactions, increased risk of infections or lower ability to fight them and liver problems may occur. Before treatment, get checked for infections and tuberculosis. Tell your doctor if you have an infection, flu-like symptoms or need a vaccine. Explore what's possible. Ask your doctor about Tramfia today. So, our groove these days is we're going to do a moif, my opinion is fact. We're going to talk about a topic, which is today about transportation, and with some dinner guests that have sent in a reservation request to ticketsatmajordoublingmedia.com. And today, I'm feeding them a chicken bake. I only had a chicken bake in 2020 March of 2020, right before the world ended, I went to my first Costco, and my wife was like, I was like, what is that? And she was like, you don't know what that is? I've never been to a Costco. Why the fuck would I know what the hell that is? And my life was changed.

Because it is a delicious thing. And dare I say, as delicious as it is, I think weirdly underrated.

Chris Ying (2:58)

You were just so, let's peel back the curtain. You and I just ate our pieces of chicken.

David Chang (3:03)

And I was scouring around for ways I could eat more of the one I just made.

Chris Ying (3:07)

He cut me a piece, and then he came over, he's like, you're not gonna eat this, I'm gonna eat it. I didn't even know how to lay it on my plate.

David Chang (3:13)

I know.

Chris Ying (3:14)

I didn't even know it was got in there yet.

David Chang (3:15)

And again, I just love the fact that somebody at Costco was like, I don't know, we got a pallet of fucking Caesar dressing, we got all those rotisserie chicken that didn't sell today.

Let's just throw it together and put it in the... We make pizza already, so let's just turn it into a little hot pocket.

Chris Ying (3:32)

There's no way that's not how it happened.

David Chang (3:35)

100 percent that's how it happened.

Chris Ying (3:36)

Because they have Caesar dressing, again, roasted chicken.

SPEAKER_4 (3:38)

There's things that we've nailed exactly.

David Chang (3:41)

If you've been watching a long time listener of our podcast, we have recreated unconditionally the truth about how the first cheese was created. Okay? For those that don't know, it was two fucking basically stoner pothead kids that were told to bring milk over to the next village. They got super fucked up. They realized they were late and they were like, oh shit, our dad, the chief then really wants us to fucking bring over the wedding dowry.

So we hauled ass.

Chris Ying (4:11)

Then we opened our sheepskin container full of milk.

David Chang (4:14)

And out came cheese.

Chris Ying (4:15)

It was full of cheese.

David Chang (4:16)

And we were like, oh.

Chris Ying (4:18)

That's 100% how that happened. This is 100% how the chicken bake was invented.

David Chang (4:21)

Somebody was super stoned again, stoned.

Somebody was covering for another Costco employee on their day off. They're like, I'm not even supposed to fucking be here. And on their lunch break, they're like, that's a lot of chicken. I didn't bring lunch. I'm fucking hungry. I was like, oh, I'm going to add some of this and I was having Caesar salad. Basically, the long start cut short. Boss wasn't there. Manager turned around. He's like, I'm going to roll all this shit up in a pizza.
