It is Pride Weekend in San Diego. And I know many of you may be like, what? Pride, it's July, not June. So I looked this up because I was very curious. Many years in San Diego, I never knew why San Diego celebrates Pride in July. We also celebrate it in June, but the parade and the festivals and everything in San Diego happened in July.
It's two reasons. One being, I guess, they wanted to be able to go to different Pride events around the country, and having it be in San Diego on the same weekend as the other ones kept groups from doing that.
But then in 1990, there was a big storm in San Diego, which probably isn't really a big storm anywhere else, but there was some rain in San Diego, and it almost canceled the event. And so they decided to move it to July, because we have a lot less chance of rain in July than we do in June. And there you go. There's your little history lesson.

Sleep researchers will unlock the feature once they have registered 35 sleep styles in their decks. That's probably like a week of playing, ensuring that any player who has been with the game for any reason will like the time will have it unlocked. Bonus XP for Pokémon relaxing on Nap Island. Nap Island Munchlax's Nap Island can perhaps be thought of as a Pokémon Sleep's equivalent to the PokéWalker from HeartGold and SoulSilver.
