Lisa, Promotive CEO. Hi.
Lisa Coyle (2:29)
Hi, Carm. I miss you. Can't wait to see you again soon.
Carm Capriotto (2:33)
I miss you too. We were together at Vision when I met Paige.
Lisa Coyle (2:38)
You met Paige. She remembers you.
Carm Capriotto (2:41)
I know she does, and I have to tell you, Annie and I were watching a TV show two nights ago, and they were talking about bots, and Anne said to me, What are they talking about? What is this bot thing? I said, hang on a minute. I opened up episode 481, Town Hall Academy 481 I scanned up to where me and Paige, and I said, listen, and she goes, whoa. I says, that's a bot Tracy. That's a robot, a computer, an AI voice, and she goes, you're being kind of nasty, aren't you?
Because if you recall in the beginning, I was being a little facetious, a little Carm crazy, and then she grabbed me to a point, Lisa, that I had to pay attention. I had to get a job.
Lisa Coyle (3:31)
Yeah. You gave her a run for her money, and I was definitely sweating in that cold vision, trade show. It's the hotels, they're pumping the AC, and I'm wearing a hoodie, and you're grueling her, and I'm sweating through this hoodie, like, oh my gosh. But you guys hung, like she hung with you, and-
Carm Capriotto (3:50)
She did.
Lisa Coyle (3:51)
She's gotten a lot better too. She's improved even more since then.
Sam Freeman (3:54)
You've also given us some talking points on every one of our calls that we do. I bring that up.
Carm Capriotto (4:00)
I just loved what end up happening, and I told Ann, I says, do you see how she hung in there with me? I says, she realized what I was doing, and she tried to draw me back to Centerville.
Sam Freeman (4:14)
Yeah.
Carm Capriotto (4:15)
And I said, look at Lisa's face.
I told Ann to look at you while this is all going on, and I didn't mean to do it on purpose. It was just me.
Lisa Coyle (4:27)
Oh, I know. After when we had Tracy being recorded as well, because she would have rolled over, like, hunched over cracking up, and that was making me even try to stay focused. So it was fun.
Sam Freeman (4:40)
I think we did a whole marketing piece on just the reaction of that call as well. It was actually pretty hilarious.
Carm Capriotto (4:46)
There was one moment in there you can hear Tracy's laugh, and I said that was Tracy's laugh. Anyway, so I bring that up because I think we may talk a little bit about that. Sam Freeman, Partner Manager at Promotive. Good to see you, Sam.
